Terrible. Ordered from HD. First refrigerator delivered to wrong address then to us damaged, 3 hours late and by complete A holes. Then playing phone tag for 3 weeks our window was between 1 and 5. Never showed up. When we called they told us the window was 6-9 and it showed up at 8pm, delivered by 2 scumbags that slammed it in place and left. Absolutely unbelievable reputable outlets use this company.

I would never use this company again. My item showed up completely damaged after 3 weeks of being told it was coming and they never showed up. When they finally did randomly show up they brought my item completely smashed and broken

If I could I would give them zero stars. Supposed to deliver on Tuesday between 3:30-7:30. At 9:30 pm driver calls and said his truck was overheating ok no problem I said. He told me he would make me first priority the next day. Next day Wednesday I get a text message saying delivery between 3:30-7:30 I was the 13th delivery. That doesnt seem like 1st priority to me. Anywho again wait all day and night NOTHING! Thursday no delivery Friday no delivery. When I called I was told best to just reschedule for the 22nd. I cant even wrap my head around why home depot would use this delivery service. Awful,unprofessional and just overall not GOOD!

First off I never write reviews, this is my first one because it was so bad. I Order from Home Depot ( which they really should stop using this company), the delivery guy calls me and the connection was bad and I said hello numerous times and then hang up because I didn’t hear anyone .Since I never received a delivery time and had no idea who was calling I just assumed it was a wrong number . 2 seconds later I get a text that says :“Pretty rude to hang up on people, got a dishwasher for you . You want it or not”I couldn’t believe it ! Who talks to customers like that !!? I was appalled and I tried to call and report it but only get a voicemail . Big surprise, after seeing this other reviews I’m sure the company wouldn’t care anyways . If you do want to see the text from your worker I would be happy to post it as well

After reading previous reviews I was worried about how my delivery would go. I was called before their arrival and they were right on time. The 2 guys who delivered and installed my replacement microwave could not have been more efficient, neat and extremely nice. Took the old microwave with them. I’m very satisfied and I told them so.

They were supposed to deliver a microwave on Friday from 8-12am. After 12 I called them to ask about the status of delivery and they apologized and said their truck had broken down and were unable to make the delivery, but could make it the following day, Saturday from 3-7pm. Around 2pm Saturday I called them to ensure they were going to install the microwave as they had promised, they confirmed they would and also said that they were running early and I could expect the delivery around 2pm. They never showed up, I called them again around 7pm on Saturday and they didnt answer. I wasnt given the option to wait on hold and I had to leave a voicemail. I waiting until today, Monday, and called them again. Once again, there was no answer and I was forced to leave a voicemail because I could not wait on hold. Over all this is way more of a complicated process than it should be. Their only job is to deliver and install appliances and they cant even figure out how to do the first step.

Appliances were delivered on the schedule date and within the time stated. Personnel was professional and efficient. One of the appliances ordered was not included in the delivery and I was told to call the home office. Called home office the next day and they located the missing appliance in their warehouse and delivery was scheduled for the next day! Overall, they did a good job and met my expectations.

Purchased a washer and dryer set from Home Depot and paid for installation of both. Installers called when they were outside (instead of giving 30 minutes notice like they said they would) and all 3 were not wearing masks throughout my house in the middle of a pandemic. Once they left, we realized that the washing machine didnt even work. (clearly they had not tested it). They were unable to get me back on the schedule to fix it until the next week, leaving me without working units. Ended up being a faulty braided hose they brought with them. Next, when they came to install the dryer, they showed up and again didnt test it when complete because the next day we woke up to a major gas leak in our house where our toddler sleeps in the next room over!! I cannot believe Home Depot would utilize a company like this that clearly has almost exclusively negative 1 star reviews. Clearly they are not looking out for their customers best interests. Looks like Ill be shopping at Lowes from now on. Very disappointed.

Waited from 11:30 am to 6:30pm they never showed after calling they said the came no one was here, lie come to find out Refrigerator never was put on truck they proceeded to blame GE, called customer service placed in q as #1 for 20 min only to find out when i looked up hrs they are closed.

Installed washer and dryer. the dryer is not level, back is higher than the front causing vibrating. the washer dryer is not level with the washer. the pairs in the stores are level. they were to come today. never received a call from the driver. received one at 2 from the office, call back at 2:45 and was told that they were out of the area and that they were at my house and they called at 1 pm. there was not any calls on either phone. the day before they called both phones. claimed they walked around my house. no foot prints in the snow at any door. the office person (Kim) was very rude. claims that there is no supervisor and the when she finally told the truth that there was a supervisor but jordan did not have a phone or email. so i still cant use the dryer until it is level and they will be on their third visit to my house for something that should have been done on the first visit.....

Recently had a few appliances delivered and installed that I’d ordered through Home Depot. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous except for the fact that they walked through my house with their shoes on. Not one person that showed up actually was able to install my dishwasher. They came back 3 times. Now I have a dishwasher that’s installed improperly and I have to hire someone else to do it. Waste of my time.

They came to my house at 8 at night they did not call me prior to arriving, they called me when they arrived at that moment.. I was not home for I had stepped out ..I tried to make another appointment they told me it would be another five business days before they can come back... Now I had to borrow a truck and get a friend or two to help me get this washing machine in my basement.. I bought this partly because there was a free delivery, I am not happy with their service..

To put it simply...You run an incredibly poorly ran operation.The Office Manager is very rude. They were scheduled to come out on Tuesday the 4th, claimed no one answered their phone so they left. In actuality, they called the wrong phone number (as per the receipt) and argued with me about it being our fault. After fighting with me to reschedule.. they finally gave me a date 2 days out from the original day.The second time around they gave me a window of 12:30 pm-4:30 pm, because we all work 9-5 we asked for them to give us a call before they arrived and I would leave work to get there, they said no problem, thats their policy anyway.They called to tell us they would be 15 minutes out, I left work, and waited for over an HOUR, the drivers didnt pick up their phones when we called, the office said they didnt know where they were and there was nothing they can do because they were still within the time frame.I called to complain to again the office manager who threw out every single excuse in the book. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor time management, poorly ran operation.Home Depot should be embarrassed to work with such a terrible company and Corey should be embarrassed to tell people they are the office manager.

Had a 8am appointment got to location the night b4 parked in a door around 630am was told they had to load their box trucks to park at the end of the bldg around 0715 they told me to back into a door a truck pulls up around 0750 and they unload him first still here at 0900 and waiting

Poor service - Ordered product from Home Depot beginning of November and wasnt given a delivery date until December 2nd. On that day Spirit Delivery did not show during delivery time which was late time to begin with. So it was rescheduled for next week because there not willing to delivery and install the same week even though it was their error. On next delivery and install date two young guys delivery the big boxed item and place it in front of my stove and sink. I thought they were going to the truck for tools but the pulled off! I tried reaching delivery company no one answered. I called Home Depot and after being on hold for an hour because of them trying to reach delivery company I was told that the delivery company didnt have the tools to install and would have to come back! My advise is if you dont have anyone to install a over the range microwave dont get it done through Home Depot who contracts with Spirit Delivery.

Not a good experience at all!First they canceled delivery at the last minute. Came the next day, left all the foam, boxes, plastic wrapping in my diningroom. Which in the policy states they will remove. I called for them to pick it up, which was rescheduled for yesterday. No call, No pick up again...Suppose to be here friday. I guess well see if they show!Not to mention, marked up my door frame, and dented my fridge in a few spots! Not Happy!

Shame on Home Depot and this delivery company, tried 3 times to get new stove delivery guys very rude - did not bring cord or do take away. And delivery company canceled our order. Home Depot was no help. Will never buy appliance from them because of delivery company!!!
