Our plow truck got stuck on the highway due to rear differential problem. I had it towed to them by looking at their reviews, without even knowing this mechanic shop.Aaron was really helpful and courteous. They fixed my truck and even did extra work for free. Went in for a replacement of a flat tire. They were quick to provide a quote and got me running within 24 hours. Reasonable price. Got a Dunlop ST30 17inch replaced $229 all inclusive.

Went in to get inspection sticker but they had folks in front of me before closing they were sorry but told me to call first next time. I called the next day in the afternoon to ask if there was openings and Aaron got me right in. Friendly folks and I will be bringing my cars in for future maintenance!

This family run auto repair business prides itself on being honest and upfront about what needs to be done to fix your vehicle. Labor costs are fair compared to dealers, and they are just as knowledgeable, if not more knowledgeable than most dealers!

They are upfront, honest, do great work and are more reasonable than other places I have been to for car repairs. I have an older car with high miles and Triangle is one of the reasons I am able to keep my old car running. Other places I have used have over charged and recommended services I didnt really need. I never thought I would rave about an auto service center, but when it comes to Triangle Service Center, I most certainly do. The service is spectacular, and I have never dealt with more respectful and warm people as I do here. I am a woman, and over the years I have been talked down to and taken advantage of. It has been incredibly frustrating. But with Nico and Aaron, the two people I have dealt with, I have ALWAYS been treated with respect. They carefully explain what needs to be done, and what might need attention in the future. I appreciate all they do and how pleasantly they do it. Im new to the area and when I needed my car to be serviced, I asked some friends to recommend a place that I could trust and wouldnt break the bank. They unanimously recommended Triangle. I stopped by and they gave me an estimate in 5 minutes and a day later the parts arrived, they called me and serviced the car right away. Although it was something simple to be fixed, they made me feel like I was a priority, treated my case with care and respect. Excellent customer service!

I brought my Daughters car in for a Inspection Sticker, while I was waiting in line to talk to the man behind the desk, I noticed how the repoire between the customers and the staff was very light and friendly. They had several other people waiting before me for a Sticker and I was told that it would be about 30 to 45 minutes and I said I would wait. While I was waiting I continued to notice the interactions with the customers and was impressed with it. Then before I really got a chance to really get into a magazine, my Daughters car was done, well less than 30 minutes. I would recommend them to others for all none factory warranty work.

My transmission hoses blew and I got stuck on 495 and hour+ away from home. As someone who isnt local I feel like I scored to have found Triangle. For several years Ive gotten my work done by the same small mechanic whos been working on my car since I got it and needless to say I can be very skeptical of going to anyone else. Nicho was very clear about the work that was needed, honest, and willing to work with me. The price was absolutely reasonable and they were very patient with my questions and concerns. First time here. Came in for an inspection sticker. They were quick and efficient. Most impressive part of my shot experience was how incredibly friendly EVERY single person was. I observed interactions with other patrons as well. Definitely excellent customer service.

Fantastic service! I got a flat tire, and stopped in on my way to work, without an appointment. They took me right away. Twenty minutes and a very reasonable $27 later, my tire was patched, and I was on my way. Ive been driving on the tire for over a month now, and its as good as new.

Called Triangle while on a long drive home to NH when my car suddenly made an awful grinding noise. They were closing in 45 minutes but still were able to throw my car up on a lift and reassure me it wasnt going to fail on the drive home. Very professional and kind. Clean waiting area and convenient location. If I lived around Chelmsford, Id certainly be back again!

I’ve been bringing our cars here for 4 years, and they have been great. Never have to bring them back to fix something that was missed, always friendly and they know their stuff. Waiting area is comfy. Just upgraded their bays for large trucks.

I was visiting some family in the area, and my car was having some issues. I stopped in Triangle Service Center. I felt comfortable with these folks as soon as I walked in, when I was greeted by two very polite young gentlemen. They took my car right in and started looking it over. After a short time they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was causing the problem, and said they thought they could fix it right away. It was some shield rubbing on the muffler. After the work was complete they gave me the bill, and I was pleasantly surprised. These guys got me out of a real jam, I would have paid double the price for the speedy service and friendly atmosphere. I can not say enough about my experience. If you can find people like this now a days, hold on to them. Much thanks to Triangle Service Center.

The people at Triangle Service Center have far exceeded my expectations for service, integrity, and compassion. Not only have they taken care of my elderly parents car, but always make sure my 88 y.o. dad is comfortable, even driving him home when necessary... Who does that nowadays?!My son drove up from Maryland with my two young grandchildren for the 4th of July holiday week. He had car trouble on the way up. Even though Triangle was swamped with work on a short week, they took the time to give his electrical system a complete look-see to make sure he wouldnt be stranded on the road heading home.Today they were kind enough to look up referrals for me when it seemed my recently purchased 1994 RV had to go elsewhere for its inspection. With their patient guidance on what to go home and look for on the vehicle, it turns out it was the right size to have them do the inspection after all. Now a worry has been lifted, a new sticker is already on the window, and a future appointment to have the oil changed, etc. has been booked. I am so grateful. Thats 3 generations (4 if you count the grandchildren!) that Triangle Service Center has helped to stay safe on the roads. I highly recommend them if you are in the greater Chelmsford area.

*STAY AWAY*This is one of the most dishonest auto place I have ever came across. In October 2017 while driving my kids to the park my SUV dead in the middle of the road the closest place to me was Triangle service center the reviews looked pretty good so I called and asked if I could have my car towed there. The man I spoke to said sure they would do diagnostics test and the price would be waived if you used them. My husband called and said the cost would be 2400 for a new alternator which I thought was Expensive but didnt know much about. I went to work and was talking to a co worker who is also a mechanic and in conversation mentioned the price and he was appalled and said he is ripping you off. So I called the GMC dealership and got a quote from them and the book hours plus 2 other surrounding auto places all a 1,000 dollars cheaper. I also got the cost of the alternators as well. After doing my research I called triangle service with all my research and numbers and told them I dont appreciate their dishonestly and thats a terrible way to run a company. His response to me was I should have told him I was getting estimates other places! Seriously Im sorry I didnt realize you where going to rip me off. After tripping over his words trying to justify the cost lying about the book hours and diagnostic cost I also told him I wanted to move my car somewhere else which he said they are almost done even though he told me the day before that the part wouldnt have been in until that morning which it was 8am during this conversation. After this conversation he lowered the price to the GMC dealership price which was 1k cheaper than the original cost. NOW fast forward 20 months my husband is driving my kids to a birthday party and the car dies again. Its now in another shop getting a new alternator. I called triangle service first and asked if they could check and see if the part was under warranty and he said no it’s not it’s only a 12 month warranty and nothing we can do maybe we can help you out with the service cost.” As if I would EVER STEP foot in that place again. If your looking for a place that guarantees their work for two years look else where. If you do decide to go here because they do have good reviews just get quotes from other places first.way to rip off a woman stranded with a 2 and 3 year old!

They are among the best in the business. Very honest and professional in their dealings, and Nicko who handles customer relations/communication is a pleasure to deal with.My initial diligence (online reviews across multiple websites) in finding the right place was worth the effort. They are very trust-worthy, you can rest assured anything they recommend getting done to your vehicle is something your vehicle really needs done. I greatly value a service provider who I can have that sort of relationship with.I was just there this morning to get my Subaru inspected, the oil changed, and a tail lamp replaced. In the past year, Ive had both my Subarus serviced there. Always a hassle-free experience.Prior to that, when I lived in the Salem NH area, for 10 years I went to Genesse Auto Repair - a place thats legendary for their honesty and customer-friendliness. Genesse set the bar up in the stratosphere high, and Im happy to report that Triangle seems to be in the same league.

Only visited for inspections, but now I will never go there again. The first visit they were fine. Over 10 months, I took both my cars in for inspection: The first car got a picky failure for wiper blades; the second car was failed for both wipers, but the drivers side (expensive) one was new - I had recently replaced it.They said: Both wipers all torn up, streaks on windshield, they have to be replaced. They are located in an upscale neighborhood, so most customers will replace both wipers without a second thought. I declined & then checked both wipers myself & the more expensive drivers side wiper was fine. The windshield streak (passenger side) was due to pollen or tree droppings from my parking spot.When I complained to them they came out & looked & said it is our job to be picky. I think they routinely do this wiper blade scam from time to time - I got it twice in a row by taking in 2 different cars.
