Been my go-to for lunches while working from home! I love the little cookie they give with the sandwiches too. Their breakfast is also delicious. Can’t wait to try the desserts.

I saw that beignets were offered here and I had to try them out! Great food, excellent coffee, and great service. I have a couple of food allergies and the staff were able to provide detailed information about potential allergen exposure. I look forward to returning and trying more of Cafe 12s offerings!

Great coffee and sandwiches. Love that there are so many gluten free options. A bit pricey but pretty on par with other places in the area. Looking forward to visiting again.

Took my brother out for bunch for his birthday 1st time out since covid-19 and 1st time here did not disappoint the breakfast bowls are awesome.

Great little spot for quick and healthy bite! I had what they call the starter a more traditional breakfast, however they have all your specialty coffees and flavors all the way to a few smoothies. Then for the afternoon crowd they have lunch and I believe dinner.

Cafe 12 offers some of the best breakfast and lunch food in the area - freshly prepared with many choices. As for dinners, they offer Take-Away dinners that are fresh-frozen and delicious. I was first introduced to Cafe 12 through their catering service (both breakfast and lunch) and was impressed with even the packaging and organization of the meals. During this COVID pandemic, they helped provide free lunches to front-line staff serving in nursing homes and other services. I recommend Cafe 12 without hesitation!

The beignets were excellent. Get there early they sell out (Saturdays only). Call ahead to place order. My wife loved the SoCal wrap and I reallly enjoyed the hot ham and cheese sandwich. We will be adding this as a regular stop when eating out.

This very well may be my new go to breakfast place. The coffee was great and my acai bowl was amazing! Highly recommended!

The Vitamin C Bowl is my favorite breakfast. Everything on the menu is fresh, delicious, and very high quality. Their service is great, too!

I stopped visiting this cafe as both quality & quantity is mediocre. Esp very stingy in quantity but very pricey. After long time, I bought home fries for $3 but the quantity is far less than standard in spite of friendly feedback in the past. Such a poor business ethic. Will never visit this cafe again

Went here looking for coffee not from Dunks, and was surprised by their large menu. Got an incredible sandwich and a strong, tasty coffee. Would recommend.

Always clean and bright. Seating is a little tight, but manageable. Love the fresh, clean tasting food options. Theyve always been accommodating and friendly. Great small business!

I absolutely love this place! Amazing, real, cooked in house food and baked goods. Delicious hot drinks (coffee, lattes, tea and such). Bonus signature cookie included with your lunch sandwich. They have everything, from a wide variety of full service breakfast choices (including waffles, Saturday beignets, eggs, bacon, homefries or amazing selection of fresh fruit (my fruit I chose instead of homefries included super fresh and tasty blueberries, pomegranate seeds, grapes, orange slices, Granny Smith apples chunks, and NO filler melon like some places which made me super happy because Im not a huge fan of melon) and on the go absolutely delectable breakfast sandwiches (amazing egg, cheddar cheese, tomato and avocado on English muffin) to gourmet lunch sandwiches like the mouthwatering roast beef and boursin on (I think?) in house baked rosemary focaccia bread. Nevermind their chocolate mousse cake (and all their other delicious baked goods) which is absolutely divine! I have used the mousse cake to successfully make a bad day better several times. Brought their holiday cookies to the office work party last year and everyone enjoyed them and the Cafe was even nice enough to plate them on a sweet little platter for me last minute when I swung by morning of having realized I didnt have time to bake my own. My family has also enjoyed their premade take home and heat up lasagna and pot pie dinners. The ladies who work there are great and the place is really cute and has a great and distinct character. Great place to grab stuff and go or sit and relax and enjoy your food. Havent had a bad experience yet and have been going for years. Definitely a little jewel in Chelmsford!

Cafe 12 is adorable, and a nice place to have on Route 110 in Chelmsford, which is not in itself very charming. A great place to sit inside or outside with a cup of coffee. The food is good, but I like to eat lightly and watch my cholesterol, and theres very little on the menu that fits that description.

Love this place. The lattes are good and the decor is very welcoming and nice. My only complaint is that the service isnt the speediest. Ive been 4 times and had the same experience. The friendly staff and good coffee make it worth the wait for me though!

Quaint jawn on the corner you cant go wrong. Menu was extensive and food is fresh. Workers know how to treat people with respect and work hard to serve you. Table service was outstanding on every level. Low key gem to think about eh.

My boyfriend and I just finished breakfast here and it was so good I had to write a review before we left. I got an iced chai tea and its the best Ive ever had. Their iced coffee is great too, my boyfriend liked his black. We both got kicked up breaky sandwiches and loved them. You can choose a side of home fries or fruit for an extra charge. The fruit salad was my dream come true. There was no melon in sight! We also got lucky in getting some of the beignets (super delicious). We will definitely be back and Id recommend Cafe 12 to anyone!

When your ready to order you have to go to the counter and place your order theres no waitress to wait on you. I ordered my breakfast got 2 eggs over easy and sausages and home fries and wheat toast, the eggs were ok but the sausages were the round type and were not that good and the home fries were not that great also the wheat toast was hard as a rock. When your done eating you have to dispose whats on your plate yourself. I wont be having breakfast there again.

Great breakfast sandwiches

Checked this place out yesterday at lunch time to grab a wrap. Service was fast and friendly, the place itself is very cute and inviting. My California wrap was yummy and fresh and there was a complimentary (delicious) cookie in my bag too. Will definitely be back!

Great food. Very small location, but has ample parking right in Chelmsford center. Food took a while to prepare, but was tasty.

I just had a great Pear Crisp Cupcake! Spice cake filled with real pear pieces, topped with vanilla bean frosting. Yum.... They also had chocolate cupcakes filled with peanut butter and topped with chocolate ganache, red velvet, almond joy, and a few others. Plus cakes, cookies, pie and excellent coffee.There are a couple tables and a few stools at a counter at the window.I think the server said that all the cupcakes are $3 each or $15 for 1/2 dozen.Its right next to Fresh Chow, and theres free off street parking on the side.

Had really good iced coffee! I drink it black, and Im picky about coffee. They really impressed me. Will go back for breakfast soon. The entire shop is really beautiful, clean, and a great atmosphere.

We spent a couple nights in the area after trying a local diner that was disappointing the day before, we tried this bakery for breakfast and it was fantastic! Very easy going inside, great selection of meals and coffee and my daughter, who eats pancakes everywhere declared the apple pancake the best ever!

The Wakey Wakey breakfast bowl special is the best breakfast Ive ever had! This is a great local business with fresh food and wonderful baked goods that youll love for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack. This is one of my favorite places in town!!

As soon as we walked in, I felt quite out of place. While the café was decorated nicely, a few things stood out. #1, The prices. While the prices may have seemed okay, after further inspection we did find them to be very overpriced. I ordered a waffle with cinnamon apple topping, a plate of hash browns, and an apple juice. The sizes were MINISCULE. The single waffle itself with no topping was $9. The total for just that came in at $17. They also had an issue with stocking, as the man in front of us had to ask for three different things before finding something that they had. The free water was provided from a dispenser in the front window, and was lukewarm. All in all it was overpriced, pretentious, and very lackluster.

Delicious cakes but the brunch is very expensive. Its a thing to do once in a while.

I was hungry, and I used the Find Me GF app to find a place to eat after an orthodontist appt and to my surprise a local Cafe that boasts GF bread/wraps and other treats. Cafe 12 is a nice but small Cafe in Chelmsford. The staff was extremely nice. The menu was written on chalkboard and easy to read and a display of treats is available as you walk in. I ordered the Vermonter on a GF wrap and it was delicious! I also got a GF brownie to go. I ate the brownie later that night and it was also delicious. I cant wait to return! It isnt easy to find GF sandwiches/wraps that arent homemade.Updated review. Its been six months since Ive visited for the first time and Cafe 12 is my top five favorite place to eat. Today I went for lunch and got the Honey Bee sandwich on GF bread. So delicious. I also got a lemon blueberry GF cookie...delicious. I also took home a piece of Autumn cake, and you guessed it... delicious! My girlfriend who is not GF loves it too. She took home a piece of lemon cake and absolutely loved it. Please keep making good food! Thank you so much.

I love the food here!! The lunch sandwiches are better than any Ive had at a chain (including Panera). My favorites are the Vermonter (maple honey turkey, cheddar cheese, granny smith apple & cranberry aioli) and the Brusci (cracked pepper turkey, jalapeno cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, spicy brown mustard). But I dont think you can go wrong with any of them.Breakfast is a treat! Today, I sampled their special: a cheese biscuit covered with sausage gravy and two eggs. It was the best biscuit with gravy Ive ever had. The hash browns were perfectly seasoned too.Last but not least, I love their buttercream-iced cookies. They usually have these around holidays. Mouthwateringly delicious!
