I received some of the best customer service I have ever had. Britney took the time needed to get what I wanted done. She helped me unlock a phone and worked through the phone channels for me like a champ. I tried on my own first, but I could’ve just gone in at first and saved so much time and effort.

Easy access and plenty of parking. Got great customer service when shopping for a new phone.

Sierra went above and beyond and gave us the best customer service ever shes amazing absolutely love her definitely going back to buy more products from the Cheney location,.. entire staff is awesome. We love the Cheney location and staff Merry Christmas from Momo & Family.

I have been going to the T-Mobile in Cheney for over 2 years. Ive never had a problem there. Excellent customer service. Walt is a great employee there. Hes always helping me in anyway he can. He gives me great advice. Im just happy with my experience there every time!

My husband and I have had many unique situations when it comes to phones/phone companies and Jose S has been the best customer service representative for t-mobile! He remembers my husband and I and other customers names, he goes out of his way to help us figure out what is going on with whatever it is we are dealing with. I highly recommend this tmoblie over others we have visited in spokane. We have been with tmoblie for over 2 years and am very satisfied!!

Love the experience working with Walt, Alishia, and Mary. They have answered all our questions and made sure weve got the best service for the best price. I had to return to the Cheney Store Feb 13th after visiting the T-Mobile Store in the Spokane Valley Mall to pick up a phone which had been put on hold for my son-in-law. My daughter was quoted a much higher monthly bill at the Spokane Valley Mall when we went to pick up the phone being held for us. I returned to Cheney and immediately went to talk to the T-Mobile Store to find out what was going on. Walt and Alishia were in the store and immediately went to work to find out what was going on with the bill discrepancy quoted between the two stores. Walt couldnt figure out why there was a difference and called T-Mobile Customer Service to get some verification on the price he had written up on Feb 12th. Neither Walt or Customer Service could figure out where the problem was.Thank you Walt, Alishia, and T-Mobile Customer Service for your help in working this out to my daughters satisfaction.
