Probably the best example of what a local business should be like! Speaking only of the owner Jimmi’s character, he is kind, reliable, honest, and a pleasure to work with! I have used their business on several occasions now and my expectations were exceeded each time! His cost, efficiency, and product surpassed my expectations, and I will hire him again in the near future on more projects!! If there were 10 stars, he would get them!!

They came out and gave an estimate, and said they would be out in 2 weeks to fix my window....its been a month. I called and left a message last week to find out when they would be out and they never called me back....i assume they are busy but I would really like my window fixed.

We needed a piece of glass cut for a family heirloom. We went to Lowes first, but they don’t have more than four foot glass on hand, nor does Ace Hardware, and we needed 68 inches by 7 inches. Then we went to Home Depot and they don’t have any glass or cutter at all. So we tried Cheney Glass as we were running out of options. We have never done business here before. Jimi is great to work with. His work was top quality and the piece of glass fit into this old heirloom like it belonged there. What I really appreciated was that Jimi got back to us right away about the price cut and when he could do it. This was on a Saturday mind you when a lot of small businesses choose to be closed. Jimi did the cut in about 15 minutes from the time we called, met him at his shop and finalized payment. The price was very reasonable and way less than I thought I would be paying for a special cut piece of glass. Great place and it’s local to Cheney.
