My husband and I have been in need of a new mattress for some time and we decided to go to the Tempur-Pedic store to “check out” the mattresses to see if this brand would work for us. Jeff was very patient with us. He asked questions to understand our needs and assisted us with testing out several different mattress styles (sanitizing afterwards) until we found a mattress that would work for both of us.Although we thought we were just looking, we ended up making a purchase and we are both happy with our decision. Antonio DeJesus was tremendously helpful when I came in to buy a new mattress. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about mattresses and he helped me narrow down what I was looking for to fit what suited me. He gave honest responses with a no pressure feel. Truthfully, his customer service is what sold me. Glad I made the purchase and I’d recommend anyone shopping for a new mattress/bed to ask for him specifically.

Great store! Excellent selection of mattresses and the sales team really knows their products. They were very professional, not pushy and answered all our questions to help us make the right purchase. They followed all CDC guidelines and Rob made sure we were totally happy with everything before we left. Very happy with this location and will DEFINITELY stop back again and I’ll be sure to share my experience with family and friends.

Lauren was fantastic, honest and patient with us and our many questions. The store was well laid out and had all the beds we wanted to try out, including two split king adjustable options. We never felt pressured or like we were getting an upsell. Would absolutely recommend.

I went to the store with my father just for him to get a pillow. The salesman we had was Robert and let me say he knew everything about what my dad wanted. He knew the details of each individual pillow and many other products in the store. We will DEFINITELY be back there for the professional help from Robert. We walked in just for the purchase of one pillow and walked out with two. I ended up getting one too because it sounded perfect for what I needed. Let me just say it is money well spent. I would give this store 10 stars if I could. Very strict with cleaning, using sheets to lay on to prevent contamination, and also spraying products to eliminate germs. 10/10

I visited the Cherry Hill, NJ Tempurpedic Flagship store on 4/24/21 to try the latest mattress models. Although my last Tempurpedic bed could probably go a few more years, (I’ve had it for 12 years and I still come home from being away and say I love my bed!), it was time for a new one. I worked with Antonio and his other staff members who were not only knowledgeable, but took their time explaining all the different materials used in each model. Not to mention allowing me personal space to try each model for over an hour to ensure I would be satisfied with my choice. Entire line up of all collections were present. Covid protocols were followed as you would expect. Great experience!

Highly recommend this store for your go to Tempur-Pedic bedding needs. It’s clean, bright and follows all the CDC guidelines. We were there for a warranty issue and were quite pleased. They had the replacement mattress in stock that I needed to sample and Colin was there for the whole process. He had coverings available that he placed on the mattress and pillows that we sampled. He couldn’t do enough. He guided us through the process of picking a new mattress to helping us make the phone calls needed to get the warranty experience completed. They even have sheet sets and pillows. One stop bed shopping. Ask for Colon.

I have multiple Tempur-Pedics and it was time for a new one. Went to the Cherry Hill location to see what type of new models they carry. From the moment of walking in there, we were greeted by Colin and told to just let him know if we had any questions or needed help. He let us walk around without hawking us. When we decided to start asking questions he was right there and very knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing the TEMPUR LuxeBreeze Soft, mattress covers, sheets and pillows.Fast forward 3 monthsMy dog ended up getting sick. It went through everything and the stench was horrible. I was freaking out and call the store I find out what I needed to do. Colin ended up answering and knew exactly who I was and what I needed to do. Gave me the phone number that I needed to call. Called their warranty and was instructed on filling the claim online. Call the store back as I was told attaching my receipt along with pictures would speed up the claim. So I called the store back. He had already printed a copy of my receipt in case I needed it. Sent it right over to me.With his help, I was able to file a claim and hear back from Tempur-Pedic within a few hours that it has been completed and will be replaced.He wasn’t looking for anything more than making things right for me that it was easy for him to go above and beyond. And I really appreciate that.

So disappointed delivered our mattress today and they took our old one. They said the tempur pedic mattress was frozen and they will return in 3 hours to bring it up to our room. After an hour my wife got a call saying that they cant come back until Saturday my wife explained they took our old mattress and we dont have anything to sleep on she said sorry but there is nothing they can do. After spending $5864 on a mattress we called the store and got that is unexpectable and ill take care of it the store is now closed for the night and nothing not even a call back. I had to pay people to bring my mattress up to my room so I had a place to sleep. 100 night free trial i was up in the air between sleep number and tempur pedic this may have just help me make my up my mind sleep number was almost 2000 dollars cheaper and tempur pedic might have just lost a customer.
