Rude and unprofessional red haired heavy set woman Caucasian employee wears glasses I showed up on time for my session and where you check in families were checking out! 15mins goes by and the woman say who’s checking in I let her know that I have been here waiting and she says we’ll since you’re 15 mins late I have to put you as a walk in. I told her I was here on time and she said no worries an hour later I am still sitting here as she is letting families go in front of my children and I. I should have went with picture people I will never come here again

Nice store,had what I needed and nice and friendly staff

Not the store it used to be. Most of the clothes are geared toward the young and very thin. Styles, patterns are not at all classic. In addition, stock is nill and aisles are wide. Very disappointing after generations being able to shop there for decades to have it come to this. Havent found anything worth buying in here for years.

The deals here are good. I wish they had more variety in womens clothing but overall its a good store. The staff was really helpful too.

Last real mall left in the area. Needs a better food court, but its good and safe

Not really my cup of tea. Nice and organized. No staff on the sales floor. Youll have to look for them by registers if you need assistance. And I noticed in alot of the departments the lighting is very dim and dark. It doesnt give a happy shopping experience.

Got a great haircut in the salon there. Woman(forgot her name, terrible with names)who cut my hair took her time & was very friendly. Good conversation as well as a good fade.

Stopped in for what I thought would be a quick purchase, I needed an electric griddle for my 4thof July party. There were 2 open registers in the whole store. After standing in line downstairs at the register for 15 mins while they were trying to find someones order, I decided to go upstairs to the other register. They told me I couldnt pay for my item upstairs, I had to pay downstairs. What? So what should have been a 5 mins stop turned into a 45 min stop.

Way more stuff than other locations. Love!

My sister inlaw purchased my ring online end of march it broke 2 times in april im not happy about it. They sent it out to b repaired both times i spoke to. A manager cause i dont care that one again. But still waitin second time around. For a item to cost over $500 is sad.

Im not a huge department store fan but this place in my experience has always been organized and well managed.

Its a very nice store with a wide selection, but just not for me. I think the formal wear should have a wider selection of younger looking formal apparel. Other than that, very good.

My husband & I took our maternity shoot here for the first time. The lady I had was very nice. I just didn’t like I had to post and do the things she wanted me to do and I felt rushed. When I’m paying for this. Also my bra was showing in serval pictures. She could’ve told me that. My husband didnt like she created collages and added words to our picture. Is sweet but Words that dont mean to us. We should have the right to choose our pictures for the collages. Last don’t be fool they say packages start at $99 up! Well they actually start at $179 up.

Great prices on quality products. Convenient order on line and pick up at store with no delivery charge. They also offer curb side pick up.

You can always find good quality clothes at a decent price, Im still upset that they shut down the Delco store but NJ isnt too far to travel.

JCPenney used to have the kind of clothes that I like especially jeans different kinds but they really didnt have too much of different types of jeans anymore every time I go in there I havent seen anything else that I want in there

Disappointing display in their shoe department I wear a 12 wide nothing there. I did get a couple shirts and shorts.

Customer service is wonderful and the store is clean and neat.

Salesperson put shoes aside for me so that 2 days later I could pick up.

My grandson just took pictures at JCPENNEY... theyre beautiful pictures. Get the membership its 45.00$ and the cheapest package is 50.00$..

I havent been to Penneys in awhile and when I checked out I remembered why. They centralized the checkout and it takes sooo long. There were two people in front of me and it took twenty minutes before I got to the cashier. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I dont understand why it takes so long to check out.

Dirty bathroom looks like its hasnt been touched in months

They are cheaper the Macys and they always have deals. I wish they had more big boy options. Christmas shopping was hard as ever.

Love this place. Great for shopping for clothes, shoes,cosmetics and for family portraits which we did today for Christmas 🎄.

Always great prices at JCP. They could organize the pants sizes better in the mens dept. More staff to put them in order at the end of the day or throughout the day. Its a hunt to find your size when you have to look through them all when they are out of order.

Hope they recover from their financial troubles. Penneys has always been consumer friendly. Much needed with financial troubles ahead for many.

This store will have what your looking for mostly fair prices located cherry hill &those using the transit aka buses its accessible by bus

Wanted to buy a blouse, and the sign said $14.99. Come to find it was $29.99. The fine print (which both my daughter and I didnt see) said $14.99 and up. Needless to say I didnt buy the blouse. Signage should be clearer. Will go to Kohls from now on.

Went back to getting my hair relaxed after 5 plus years of being natural. Darlene took good care of me. I have to wait 2 weeks to get the color I want. Cant wait to see the completed transformation. Thanks Darlene even though she did try and talk me out of it!

Was ok had to hunt down staff for help but it was 4 ladies at register trying to help a cashier, meanwhile cistomers left to help themselves!
