Jojo was so nice and had great energy. I came in earlier with my sister and jojo was so warm and welcoming from the beginning. She found our perfect foundation match with ease. She did such a great job even I was shocked with how well the foundation matched my skin. The woman at the door was also great but sadly I forgot her name. She made me laugh a few times and was so kind. My experience here was great overall and I will definitely be visiting again.

Alicia was amazing! I couldnt ask for a better experience! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the items!Her recommendations were fantastic and she even wrote me up a cheat sheet in order of what I need to apply first! The store followed all guidelines, sanitized everything, and practiced social distancing... Great shopping experience!

It would be better if you went to another location or just waited until there was free shipping from Sephora. I did an order pick up here and per the instructions on the email I received I was suppose to advise the associate outside of the store that I was here for a pick up and then after someone comes out of the store I could go in and pick it up. The associate told me I had to get in the line (that was for shoppers) that was long and wait to pick it up. If I wanted to do that I would have just showed to the store and not have done a pick up! They just make up rules at this location.

Im sorry I didnt ask for their names, but a pretty (and somewhat petite) blonde helped me match my skin today and I am soooo thankful!! I was really worried I wouldnt be able to because Ive never worn makeup because I never given it any mind before. She was so helpful and the brunette cashier helped me with setting up an account with them so fast and easy! I went approximately around 15:00 - 15:30 today so I appreciate everyone who worked that shift! Sephora may be expensive, but since their hospitality and efficiency is so high, I find it a little difficult to be aggravated (especially in my tight spot). I do suggest lowering the price of some of the products in all seriousness because for 3 about 30mL(-) it cost about $80 and I cant see myself paying that all the time no matter the great service. Other than that, if you shop there often already and plan to go, Id recommend this location no doubt! Very clean and respectful to Covid regulations, and theyre really flexible!

Avoid this location at all costs. The employees that work here are extremely rude and make your shopping experience very uncomfortable.
