Best place to buy furniture. Got my new recliner from them and they are outstanding ! Sarah helped out do to delays and kept us informed. The delivery men were great.

We went to the store, and walked around for over 20 minutes. No one greeted us, no one even acknowledged our existence. They had nice pieces but we won’t return.

In and out in 10 minutes. Store is organized really well and clean. Didnt feel salesy at all. I only needed nightstands and picked up two for what I felt like was a really fair price for high quality. Overheard other customers selecting some custom finish for bedroom suit. It seems like they have everything from the affordable to the custom. Ill definitely go back here again. It felt like a family owned place and everyone was really nice.

Excellent customer service and care with the product. The insured my item was wrapped and properly protected to prevent any damage during the haul home. I have shopped many other furniture stores around the area and nobody has taken their time or pride in their items like this store has they treat you like you’re a VIP. Will definitely be back for more items to fill my house with.

I first shopped there about 18 years ago and I been a loyal customer ever since. I never shopped in any other furniture store since my first purchase from GBF because I aways find what I want or David will have a piece custom made. Best quality, prices and service from choosing an item to delivery.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Shopped around before going there. They were able to gett us just what we needed at a very competitive price that included delivery.

They had a few pieces that were unique but very pricey, but most items looked like they came from grandmas attic. Not one employee was wearing a mask & when we walked in one woman rolled her eyes at us, I assumed it was because we were masked.

This is a great place to go if you are in search of some new furniture. They are very conscious about stocking good quality furniture and their prices are competitive with the big box stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. Not just a fish they are trying to reel in. If you want to sit and talk with them about the furniture they will do so. If you want to be left alone to just browse, they give you space but are always ready to engage if you need assistance.

We have shopped here for many yrs and have bought several things. David and Carol have always been amazing at helping us. They never pressure you and they have top quality furniture! We appreciate the kindness of all the employees who have helped us. We will be going back tomorrow to purchase a sofa and will continue to shop at great bridge furniture for many yrs to come. We started shopping for a kitchen table and chairs once we finished our kitchen upgrade. I went to all the big name stores since I have used them in the past and loved what I have gotten from them. I pretty much knew what I wanted, and they all wanted approximate 6000 or more for what I was looking for. My husband was the one who told me to try Great Bridge Furniture. I will tell you I was apprehensive, but I went in. I worked with David, he was beyond helpful. I cant express how happy I am I went to Great Bride Furniture. The table and chairs are beautiful. We started having some issues with the chairs, and David made sure it was all corrected. We have now had our Table and Chairs for a year and they are the best we have ever bought. Just beautiful. and it didnt cost us $6000. But the best part is I know where Im going from now on when I need furniture. Thank you Great Bridge Furniture we love our kitchen table and chairs! I give a 100% recommendation.

Wonderful place to shop, place to shop. Staffing incredible, very very knowledgeable and they let you look at your own pace..but are never too busy to help!Absolutely would recommend it and will shop there against his time I wont was really time running all over the state and certainly will not waste my time with the local stores..

Have no complaints. Didnt go in the store but they had the blow up slides so we went on those. They did have some outside furniture that looked nicer though.

I recently moved to Chesapeake and chose to check out GBF to add furniture to my house. The owner was 100% honest, sincere, and gave me a fair price on everything I ordered. He truly cares about his customers and, unlike most business owners, will make a lot of the deliveries and move the furniture himself. Would recommend GBF to ANYONE.

We purchased a beautiful hand made 14 foot dining room table for a beach house that turned out fantastic. David guided us through the entire process and we could not be happier. James and his son Gerard delivered it and with the help of a couple of neighbors all of us managed to get it to the second floor where James and Gerard assembled it. No excuse why you had someone driving a company vehicle that had so many infractions and a SUSPENDED LICENSE........You might not be legally liable for the death of an innocent girl.......HOWEVER, your lack of oversight and institutional control led to the death of someone that can never be brought back. Your company should reach directly out the family and help them with the expense of this tragedy
