Curbside what? Garbage… don’t have a service if you cannot fulfill it. Sat here for 30 mins and called twice. The girl said someone will be right out… will not be using Michael’s anymore, I’ll stick to Amazon at least they can deliver a product on time.

I love shopping here for all of my art and craft supplies. Most times they have everything I need for my projects.

Seems to be running short on inventory. Better get out there if you have a project in mind.

My husband and I went at Michael’s Chesapeake to get frames for our European art, the person that was in charge at this day was very attentive and professional, she helped us to find the perfect frames for both of pictures and explained everything to us. After 2 weeks my husband got the pictures back and we are in love with the beauty of the framing work. Thank you Cordula, you’re special because you do your job with love that’s why our pictures are so pretty!

Went looking for Halloween stuff. It is the first weekend in october and most of the decor is now christmas. Not happy. Quit rushing the holidays.

Its Michaels. If youre into arts and crafts youll probably like this store. Nice little selection of fall/Halloween decorations with decent discounts right now.

Overall visit was successful. I purchased what I came in for. BUT, not one employee that I encountered was wearing a mask.

The place is not laid out very well, which makes it very hard to find things. It was also hard to get an associate to help me. I walked around the store and I couldnt find anyone. However, I was able to find two associates were able to help me find what I was looking for.

I love this store but was bummed they didnt have any scrap books. Maybe I missed it but I kept looking in every scrapbooking isle and couldnt find any. They have a huge variety of different types of scrapbook paper and other things. But all I needed was a book. Other than that anything that pertains to crafting, I can usually find it here. Just no luck this time unfortunately. Its still one of my favorite stores.

So glad this Michaels moved their location to the old Office Max. Its bigger and they have more inventory, at least it feels like it. I like shopping here because they have lots of discounts and coupons. I have an art business and Michaels is a great place to go if I need something last minute. Also the associates are pretty nice

I am going to keep this short. I went in to get some supplies for my Vision Board. Staff very helpful, customer service was on 100 UNTIL I get ready to check out. I found some stickers where the whole row was on sale EXCEPT the one I liked. So I brought both to the checkout line and explained. The young lady called her manager and the manager just dismissed my case. She/he didnt even come up or ask probing questions. So I am tremendously dissatisfied with their customer service.

Not sure exactly what I went in here for but if I guess it was most likely something for my son and his cos play. I cant recall our experience in this particular shopping trip but overall Im sure that it went well and we probably found what we were looking for and more if I know how I shop.

I seriously love this Michael’s! I placed an online same day delivery order this morning and I truly received the Best customer service ever. I wish I got her name so I could brag about her but she fulfilled my order and some since they were out of stock on certain things. She picked out the closest thing to what I wanted and it was perfect! Prompt delivery as well. Thank you again!

I go to michels. Almost every day and buy all my art supplies

For some reason they were out of several things I needed and I couldnt find a sleepers anywhere to help me. Also waited in line for quite a while. Dont think Ill be going back to this particular store

They still have an awesome parking lot for me to wait in while my wife and daughter shop for whatever it is they buy at Michaels! If youre looking for a place to park and take a nap, this place will certainly do nicely!

Easy pickup using the curbside service! You have the option to call but I used the email option instead. This allowed me to tell when I was on my way, and when I arrived it let me select which parking spot I was in..They took no time getting out to me!

They were out of one thing the website said they had, but otherwise very helpful staff.

They have a lot of decor for the holidays. But the prices of the Ashland pre-made wreaths, including the items to create your own is VERY expensive, even with the constant 40% off sale signs over them. In this economy. $129.99 for a 10 decorated wreath, that doesnt even light up, is way too expensive.Perhaps the wreaths will go on a 75% off clearance before Halloween. Then most of us can afford one. I should also mention that most of the decor items is for inside of the home (excluding the scarecrows, grave stones, etc).Ive stopped receiving their text notifications because they are always about decor on sale. Even on sale they are too expensive.Too much store space is spent on decor while the shelves that should carry the supplies of the most popular crafts trending now are empty. At the moment, Resin Art, Acrylic Pours and Card Making are very popular and I am doing them myself.Bottles of acrylic paints larger than 2oz are not available. Bottles of resin & hardeners, any type of resin colorants and the moulds for them are non-existent. In card making, they have a few very expensive Tim Holtz die sets and a few by an unknown company. They have lots of lovely cardstock, but unless you want to shell out a few hundred dollars for an electronic die cutting machine, you wont find any of the popular manual machines here.Its a shame. I used to depend on Michaels for supplies, but now I either drive further away to another craft store or join the Amazon Army.I hope Michaels will remember that most of their customer base are all about crafting and not decorating, before they join the line of stores that are going out of business.

The check-out line became pretty backed up, but the staff were on point with opening more registers in a very timely fashion. As well as friendly cashiers. All around a pleasant experience. I will be back to this store sooner than later! Lots of sales!

Cost is a higher than average on product choice. At Chesapeake location, struggled to find simple things (small items seem to be over crowded by larger items).

Locally the best place to get what you need for arts and crafts. I didnt find what I was looking for even though they had it a couple weeks ago but most of the time they have what you need. Usually typical wait in the lines.

Was helped by a very knowledgeable associate named Shannon, who lead me through the differences in paper types for different media styles. She helped us choose the right gift for my little brothers love interest, and gave us solid advice backed by her own experience.We were rung up by Morgan, who also was very cordial. Morgan helped 3 people in a row before getting to me, while the other two cashiers were still on the same customer. She was kind, caring, and quick!These nice young ladies have made Michaels my go-to arts and crafts store!

Michaels customer service is wonderful!! I bought a tree a few weeks ago that was 60% off. Well we were going to put it up tonight.. opened the box and noticed it was NOT the tree it was suppose to be... someone had returned it, and stuck their OLD tree in it, you know the ones you had to put together by color 😉 coding. Needless to say... I couldnt find my receipt and called and spoke to the manager at the greenbriar location in chesapeake... she didnt have anymore of the tree in stock but called all the other stores in the area, Virginia beach nimmo location had it ! They held it for us we just swapped it out. I could say I am surprised someone would do that... Sadly I am not. Thank you michaels!
