Victoria was super helpful after I swiped another car pulling into a parking spot and left a big tire mark and red paint streak on my white front bumper. Instead of pushing us into a large body repair, she had their shop buff it out for us first. It looked like nothing had happened at all. She could have quoted us for a body repair job but felt like we might be satisfied with just a little elbow grease and shine! I was so grateful for her honesty and kindness! Making the appointment was very easy. They were very professional and courteous, and very flexible in scheduling. Service was great. I needed a rear door fixed due to a dent. It looked great. Work was done promptly. Car was cleaned inside and out. I did not expect it but it was a great bonus. Check out was easy as well. No issues. Another bonus was that they had a drop off for enterprise car rental so I was able to schedule a rental car drop off at the spot and then just simply leave the keys with Micar after picking up my car.

I have taken multiple cars to MiCar Collision over the years and they have done excellent work each time. My most recent visit wasnt quite an A+ but Im still happy overall.I had a scrape on my door repaired. When I picked up my car, I had to clean it when I got home because there was a lot of wax residue left over. Not easily removed by that point, but not too terrible. Also, someone was a little rough with my push button ignition switch and broke it. I replaced that on my own ($50.00) because I know they are pretty fragile and the tabs are easily broken. No issue there.Overall Im very satisfied with their work and will continue to return (and recommend them) as needed.

These guys are awesome- our office is located down the street from them, and we were able drop the work truck off ( body work ), and walk back to wrok.They kept in constant conact and everything looks great!highly recommend them, and will use again as needed.

Fantastic service all the way around. I played hooky and took a day trip to the mountains. On my way home something in the road was kicked up into my brand new Jeep! 😡 Upset, I filed the claim through Nationwide that night and MiCar contacted me next day! The quote was clear and (although I already knew what to expect) they went over my insurance coverage with me so there were no surprises. A week was the quoted time (5 days) and it was done in 4! They even took care of an unrelated repair for me for less than $50! Another thing- although spotless inside, my Jeep was pretty dirty on the outside (I drive a TON!) They were only repairing the front fender area, but I swear I got my Jeep back much much cleaner than I left it. Did they wash it?! I am super happy with the entire process. Micar Collision Center is awesome! They regularly update you on the status of your vehicle and wont make you feel stupid for knowing nothing about cars. The staff is very nice and will break down what condition your vehicle is in and whats wrong with it to your friend if you dont understand. Will definitely come back here for any future collision repairs.

Paint job and overall workmanship was 2nd to none. The delivered product was better than I could have ever imagined. Mike Maddox walked me thru the entire process and took the time to answer every question and made the experience very comfortable. The car was delivered ahead of time at a great price and couldnt be more pleased. Micar repaired my Mercedes Benz after a collision. They did an excellent job of returning it to its original state. It looks brand new! Although the repair took longer than expected due to the slow rate of the delivery of parts, Tommy kept me updated daily. He was very patient with me and helped me through the process. I would definitely take my car to them should I need to. I trust them completely!

Have had our vehicle for months, told us it was ready, checked on it, at a price of 13000.00, painted the car the wrong color, majority of the work is not completed, and parked the newly painted wrong color car is sitting out back, with bird droppings all over it. Not to mention how very rude these people are!!! Would I recommend to place, uh NO!

Used to be a trusted place many years ago. However, I recently had an accident and, remembering the wonderful work they did when I was hit before, I requested to bring my car to them. For what is now the last time I will ever go there - and I will never recommend them again. The repairs werent done correctly. I had to take it to the dealership after to get everything correctly fixed. The only good news is the insurance covered the second set of repairs, too.

They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.

The repair was done in about a week. Communication was great and I was pleased with the work. However, my car was filthy inside. Seats covered in dirt and grime. There was literally a layer of dust/dirt on my dash. Very disappointing...

Bottom line: Micar Collision will be my go-to place for paint and body work.My 73 Corvette with candy apple red paint had front-end damage from pulling the car into my garage a couple inches too far -- the old polyurethane bumper splintered and cracked in several places. Mikes crew matched, installed, and sanded a replacement, then was able to miraculously match the 10-year old 3-stage candy apple red of the rest of the car. I was so happy with the work, that I had Mike and crew sand and buff the rest of the car -- it left his shop looking brand new!The work was superb! Mike is very informative and friendly, and has a no-BS approach to conducting business. I highly recommend Micar Collisions work, and if you have a classic Corvette, youll be reassured to know that Mike has about 4-decades of experience with Corvette body-work.

This establishment is very unprofessional. They are soo inconvenient and way behind on everything. My car was sent here May 24th . They weren’t even fixing a lot of things and they still have it . It’s July 12th . I took time off using my Military leave time to get my car which they said would be ready on June 30th, which was not . I have to go back to base this week & my only way getting back is MY CAR & they said a part was supposed to come in weeks ago . Then said it was supposed to come in July 10th on a saturday. I was told my car would be ready on Monday the 12 that’s today .The part has still not been delivered. The lady wasn’t even tracking the shipment because she said she needs to track the the ETA and call me back . They had my car for almost 2 damn months . I have no way getting back home to base & they keep giving me the run around .

This place overcharges. These guys talk the talk.. but in reality you get equal quality and better value at Maaco. Micar did some paint work on a car for me. The paint work was ok..but not great. they taped off trim and mirrors that Maaco would have removed and reinstalled for the same price. The reviews are misleading. This shop overcharges for the work they do.

The costumer service is good but the over all experience was really bad the color base didn’t match at all and the interior black of the car was cover and body filler dust. The rubber of the door was painted and I had to paid for a person to remove the over spray. Poor value and poor quality personally I had a better experience with Maaco.

Since my wife and I live right around the corner, we have (unfortunately) taken our vehicles there on multiple occasions (through no fault of our own). They were EXTREMELY friendly and EXTREMELY helpful in ensuring we understood the entire process and answering any questions we might have. Not only that, but when I took my vehicle BACK after about a year they fully honored their commitment to getting the job done correctly and repaired a slight dent that had popped back in. That was OVER 1 year since the initial work had been done, and we didnt have to dig up any old receipts or proof that the work had previous been done. Tommy went above and beyond to not only get our collision damage repaired, but also referred us to another repair shop for a transmission wiring harness that needed to be replaced as a result of our accident.
