The word for this last experience was WOW! My Jeep was stored for a couple months while I spent time away and upon my arrival, I noticed that my state inspection was expired A MONTH AGO! Express lane is a great service.However, it took 2.5 hours for a scheduled state inspection.A second appointment also took 3 days to replace 2 parts previously identified as needing to be replaced and with a scheduled appointment a week out:Day 1 - Diagnose and confirm that part 1 is bad.Day 2 - Order and replace part 1.Day 3 - Replace part 2 that was identified as bad while replacing part 1.Again, both parts were identified as bad when scheduling the original appointment, and both could have been replaced in a single afternoon.Long story short, appointments are a waste of time.

Good service! Was asked where my locking nut for the tires was because they didnt want to go looking through my glove compartment. Ive never been asked that at any dealership. Its the small things. Only ding was they didnt adjust the tire pressures when they did the tire rotation. 4/5.

Horrible, the service writers apparently do not know the difference between a vehicle sitting in line to be serviced and a vehicle being worked on. I was waiting for the vehicle to get an oil change when my girlfriend called and she was lied to being told the vehicle was being worked on. I was standing right next to it while she was on the phone with one of the service people.I waited in the showroom for quite some time and was not even approached by a sales person. Six of them were sitting in their cubicles not paying attention to a customer on the showroom floor. The receptionist did not even know who the dealer principal was when I asked for that person. Obviously whoever is running this dealership does not have a clue how to run a business.

First I would like to thank Frankie Sneed for all of his hard work. Because of the pandemic things have been extremely slow in getting vehicles, however with much due diligence he continued to check on our jeep until it finally came in. He showed the utmost professionalism. Great job by Frankie. I would also like to thank Frank Staicer who works in financing. He took his time and answered all of our questions.
