Very pleased with the service I received from Blair at Atlantic Automotive. He found what was causing the noise in both of my cars (which another mechanic could not. sway bar links in one car and bad calipers in the other) and he was upfront about it and fixed the issue with both. He doesnt try to add any extras like well the do hickey is rotating backwards so you need 4 qts of blinker fluid with labor your looking at $499.) There is a reason he has a 5 star rating. Will continue to go to him. A trustworthy mechanic is hard to find.

My 2000 Ford F150 was clearly running bad / sluggish to the point where could tell was not going to be drivable. Took it to the dealership where Ive always gone - quoted me nearly 9K for a new engine said I needed. Id had a prior referral for Atlantic Automotive - had it towed there where Blair completed a very different diagnosis - took his recommendations which were amazingly thorough - beyond my mechanical acumen. Long story short - Im back on the road - running great for just a little more than 10% of the cost that the dealership quoted. Also should say he is the most intelligent Auto-Tech Ive ever dealt with - thank you AAS!

I found Blair after my catalytic converter was stolen at a nearby hotel. I was supposed to be returning home that day and I called Blair. Took my 15 year old jeep to Blare for a second opinion. Not only was the first diagnosis very far off, the repair was much cheaper than the incorrect diagnosis repair cost. Took care of the problem same day even though he was extremely busy! Brandy was so nice and understanding over the phone and was the one who worked me into the schedule since it was a safety issue. I can not thank them both enough, they not only fixed my vehicle quickly at a great rate, they gave me the peace of mind that I was on the road safely. Brandy & Blare, thank you again!!

Heading down to the beach when my engine started overheating and I got stranded. Took my Jeep to 2 other mechanics, the first couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and the second replaced the wrong part. When I took my car to Atlantic and mentioned my situation, they slipped me into their extremely busy schedule, fixed my car day of, and did it for a very reasonable price. I was really nervous having a 3rd mechanic try to figure out what was wrong, but Blair knew exactly what it was and fixed it in no time. Could not have been happier with the work they did.

Glad I found this shop. Head mechanic Blair is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever dealt with.The only place I will go for repairs I can’t handle myself.

They fixed the air conditioning in my car, which ended up being a few different electrical issues combined instead of a compressor like I feared. They had to try three different sensors because of how bad aftermarket parts can be and the dealerships were out of stock, but found a great solution with a genuine Ford part in the end, and I greatly appreciate their extra effort in the face of cruddy parts. Pricing was also extremely reasonable for the work done, and there arent many shops that couldve diagnosed the problems I was having as quickly or effectively. Id definitely recommend them to any friends and will use them again.

My husband and I have had Blair work on our vehicles for several years. He actually was the only person my husband would allow to work our our RV. He exclusively did all the work on it and was able to diagnose and repair several issues that the dealer was unable to do. We have several makes of vehicles and he is able to work on any of them. Terrific service, wish I was able to give him more than 5 stars.

Had some work done to my Impala SS here and the mechanic here is top notch! My SS had a rough ide and a few other issues I couldnt figure out and that wasnt a problem for this shop. Not only was the work great, but the prices was very fair. I wish I could give a higher rating and with me not being from the area, its hard to find a good mechanic that wont take you to the cleaners. I definitely will do business with them real soon... like this week lol (different car).

I needed shocks for my 2011 Suburban LTZ 4WD with the autoride suspension. I knew it would cost close to $2,000 at the stealership or one of those big box tire places. I actually heard about Atlantic Automotive Specialists from one of the tire places. I figured I would give it a try. I bought the four OEM AC Delco shocks from RockAuto, made an appointment for installation and it cost me about $1300 total for the job (parts and labor). Ed did a fantastic job on the install. In fact, Im planning to go back to have the front wheel hub bearing assemblies replaced. This is a low/no frills business. If you want a bunch of large screen TVs, a massage and pedicure, espresso and a million employees running around, go elsewhere. If you want your vehicle to be treated well, the job done right, and get out the door for a fair price, then Atlantic Automotive Specialists is where you need to go.
