Excellent Customer Services between mother and daughter as they both did my hair with good energy and expertise.

Sam was outstanding with help my mother in law. Sam was very courteous and showed pride in her job. I would highly recommend this place for your hair needs.

The first time I came for individual crochet the stylist Niecy had her granddaughter on her lap while trying to do my hair. She was trying to do my hair while keeping the baby from crying and finding CoComelon on the tablet. I assume this is why some of my hair wasn’t completely hidden inside the crochet or even at all. Once I arrived home I realized some parts weren’t covered AT ALL. I was unable to get it fixed because I had an early morning flight the next day. The second time I went (shame on me) I tried Ms.Kim who had 3 ppl all scheduled for the same time. While I went to the food court she took a walk-in over me after I had been waiting for an hr. Ms. Kim is quick and does a good job but needs help with time management and scheduling so that her clients don’t feel rushed!Correction: I waited 2hrs without being serviced so I left. Very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience!!!!

Although they have great products and services, customer service to me is everything, especially when Im spending my money. The owner is very unprofessional. I was in the store on Friday and she was yelling at the employees and talking down to them loudly in front of everyone. I felt like I was being chastised and felt embarrassed for the employees. Totally unacceptable!!! If your employees are doing something you dont like pull them to the side or have a staff meeting so they will know your expectations.

JOSHUA WAS REALLY rude he went off on my friend that was asking for help he started pulling up his hair and was saying that someone was trying to bamboozle him and she was rude but all she said when he asked can I help you with something she said she was looking for both hair and wigs and then he walks off too come back to assist us going off saying this mess for another employee having to pull him out and he start punching the walls and screaming do yall screen these people before hiring and the attire look like he crawled out of bed and bam this morning and then he have no customer service. I was still trying to buy something and had no one to help me you lost 5 customers in that moment the women at the counter walked off too.

The service was lousy no one came to ask can I help you. As a matter of fact no one even greeted us.

Took my wife here to get a wig due to thinning hair. Kim was outstanding, she matched the color perfectly. listened to what my wife wanted and came back with the perfect color and style. As a former hair stylist, I was very impressed with her ability to match the color and her styling of the wig which made it look so natural. My wife has been getting compliments all the time on how nice her hair looks. You could not aske for a nicer person than Kim to assist you. She is an excellent stylist. You can’t go wrong if you see Kim.

I went in with thinning hair due to medications I am on. I had a wonderful experience there. I bought 2 wigs there. I will be returning there in the future.

Kim was very helpful and patient as Mom tried on and purchased her first wig. The clientele was all friendly and made it fun.

Ive been looking for a decent beauty supply store since I moved to VA almost two years ago. The few Ive been to were either over priced or I had to comprimise because the brand selection was small. This store is fairly priced for sure! I can only speak on braid and twisting hair bc thats what I came for. They carry multipul brands and color options for marley and kanakelon hair. They also carry a ton of natural hair products.Will definitely be returning!
