Prices have gotten absolutely out of control. A 1 gallon bottle of Deer Park water costs a little over $1.00 at Walmart. Therefore, if I bought 15 of them, it would cost $17.-$18.Ready Refresh charges $13.00 for a 5 gallon bottle of water, which averages out to $2.60 a gallon. I have 3-5 gallon bottles delivered a month and it cost me about $30.00 more dollars a month to have it delivered. Time to figure out another method of buying water.....
No customer service what so ever. 0. None.
Pricey, but good.
My first order and customers service was great and even my delivery driver was excellent. He brought my delivery inside my apartment and I appreciated every things.
My last 2 orders were so bad that I was going to discontinue my order but finding water at the store is getting crazy. Delivery driver doesnt have respect for senior citizens or disabled persons they have to get better or lose customers
Sales men came by on Thursday last week and uniformed me it would be delivered on Monday. On Tuesday I called do to it was not delivered and then they informed me it would take one more week. So I cancelled them. They never took the time to let me know that.
What everyone else has said. Website and customer service is poor on every level. The delivery staff is the best thing about this company. Also expensive!
ReadyRefresh by Nestle recently purchased the company we have been using for water service for over 17 years. In that time, we never had a SINGLE complaint. Within 30 days of the acquisition, they have dropped off water bottles outside of our regular delivery schedule which means they are billing me for more bottle deposits and I have to find space to accommodate them. Ive tried multiple times to speak to someone on the phone. There are just so few staff that your phone queue wait time can exceed 30 minutes. Some days, the queue wont even allow you to hold - you are instead told to attend to the matter online. Resolving the matter of the incorrect delivery schedule coupled with the fact we were new customers with Nestle results in nothing more than me beating my head on my desk in defeat. I submitted an online customer service ticket asking that someone call me as soon as possible. That was May 14. I *finally* got a canned response on May 29th that they were sorry for my inconvenience and instructed me to call the customer service number!!! Today, I did a marathon hold session and finally got someone on the phone so I could cancel our account. It made me sad that it was a kind woman who worked for the former company. I wish Nestle would take some pointers from the former company on how to run the business. It is the good service of good people that companies such as mine pay to have water delivered, not the water itself.
Some guy just knocked on our door saying our whole neighborhood was approved for free delivery and asked where we wanted our water delivered from. We work night shifts so this was disruptive. I told him we weren’t going to do that right now and he seemed offended and walked away in a huff. Leave a business card or brochure. Weird times to be doing door to door sales. Thanks but no thanks.
Delivery never showed up. Called, said they changed my date to the end of the week when i wont be home, never notified me. Not cool.
Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Ive been on hold for 25 minutes! To be objective, delivery was always good and on time, but theyre also too expensive. Im astonished at all the one-star ratings. Management must want the company to fail...
Was a customer for over 5 years with a perfect payment record. Signed up with a special offer...free water dispenser/no strings attached. Never thought of switching companies & never checked my bill.Nestle bought out ready refresh and evidently began charging me a dispenser rental fee for 18 months!!! I found out by accident when I had to close the auto-pay account my bill was being paid through. When I called up to ask about the charge, they would not refund me that BOGUS rental fee.And since they kept billing the account I’d closed which caused return check fees — even though I called to tell them — I now have $90 in return check fees that evidently I’m responsible for!?!Not one person notified me of these piled up return fees until today when they charged my new account - 2 months later?!?Beware & double-check your invoice. Especially if you “thought” you had an existing agreement but Nestle may not be honoring previous terms.Yes, sadly I have canceled my service & will call one of the others who do home deliveries...for $3 less per 5 gallon bottle, BTW, shop around - at least 2 cheaper companies available in my area...sadly, good payment history & loyalty doesn’t mean a thing to this company.
Poor Customer Service! I have been a customer for more than 10 years of their water delivery service. The customer service just continues to decline! The agents at their 800 number are practically useless. It takes multiple calls just to resolve an issue. I think it is time that I cancel and shop elsewhere! Their computers are down constantly and their is always unusually high call volume!! I have repeatedly been on hold over 20 minutes just to speak to someone with a pulse!
I realize that Ready refresh water delivery is regional, so not everyones experience will be the same. In fact, when I was reading reviews I was worried that perhaps the water delivery service was sub par. However, I could not be happier! I have now had the water delivery service (monthly delivery of 4 bottles) for just over one year and the entire experience has been fantastic! Customer service is always helpful if I ever need anything (my rental water tower went on the fritz late one Friday afternoon, and they had a new one delivered on Monday morning) and my delivery person is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I live in Norfolk, Virginia and my experience with Nestle Ready Refresh has been nothing short of excellent! Kudos to the team! And in case anyone is wondering, I didnt receive any freebies or discounts to post this review... I just thought it was well deserved ;-)
The worst customer service! driver would drop the wrong order half the time. promised credits not received, never received follow up.at one point, I called for multiple times a week, three weeks in a row but were told computers were down and couldnt help me and I would just have to call them back!....for three weeks their computers were down??!!all promised follow up promises and credits for wrong product never made. canceled service and they still tried to charge us for a month of product we never received. No one cares at all at this company!
Brandon is the sweetest delivery guy to extra space on Big Bethel road and we love the water and its the coldest ever
Horrible customer service. Delivery guy called me then refused to speak.I could hear the truck radio in the background. He reported that he called me and it went to voicemail. Spoke to customer service rep. They were mildly rude and unwilling to help. Cancled before my first delivery
Customer service is very inconsistent, we would receive the right deliveries about half the time.
They dont start receiving until 16:00.
