Nice bicycle shop. A bit concerned that they are having trouble getting bicycle parts for repairs and they are not accepting anymore repairs. The shop is a good looking shop in a good location with easy access but the lack of merchandise or selection of items to purchase was disappointing. I found another bicycle shop in a similar state but at least they had some items for sale and a selection of merchandise.

Quick response to all communications, fantastic service, and Walt was an absolute professional in getting my daughter FIT for the right bike. He really worked with her to make sure she understood the entire process so that she came out with the most accurate measurements. Based on the FIT he discussed the different options available. Walt didnt try to upsell us on a bike beyond her current ability, his recommendations were exactly within the budget we discussed. We were not able to get a new bike due to the stock of new bikes being empty and bike manufacturing unable to keep up with demand. We ended up buying a used bike, based on Walts recommendations, elsewhere online. We will absolutely be going back to Peake Endurance in the future for service and support.My strongest recommendation for Peake Endurance is due to their professionalism. My daughter was obviously their customer. She is in her first year as a scholarship triathlete at a Div II school so she has a decent bit of experience in what she needs for racing. The first two bike shops we went to pretty much ignored her regardless of how many times I tried to bring her into the conversation. They were too busy telling us how great they were and talking to me about the best bike I could buy. Walt and Emily treated her like the budding semi-professional athlete she is working hard to be.

Service was exceptional, communication was precise. Emily let me know what was going on with my repairs and worked with my schedule about the availability to pick up my bikes. Craftsmanship was on point as well!

They do excellent, professional service and can also order anything you need for your bicycle (including a bike itself!)I’ve been getting my bike serviced here for years, just bought a new bike from here based on their recommendations and received a fit from Walt. Needless to say I’m excited!They also support local triathlons out in the community and have a great triathlon club.Also - have you seen the store dog? That pup alone is a reason for you to come inside!

Nice little bike repair shop in Chesapeake. They dont carry much in stock, just basic consumables, but its good to have a local bike shop nearby. HOWEVER, no one at the shop was wearing a mask when I walked in nor did anyone bother to put a mask on during the 10 minutes I was there. Clearly, this business lacks basic respect for their community if they are willing to put our lives at risk by not wearing masks. Solely because of this disrespect, I will not be returning here, and I will take my business somewhere else that cares about the community.

I have been looking for a bicycle repair shop for quite some time and was happy to find Peake Endurance close to my home for our three bikes. The tune ups were reasonably priced and the work was fantastic! Our three bikes look like new again after they cleaned them up and did the tune ups that are also a safety check and considering we havent rode our bikes in three or five years this was important to me to make sure they were in great condition. Yes I had to wait for a bit to get them back because of Covid-19 but it was well worth the wait. Their dog that they have at the store with them is a really a friendly one so dont be intimidated when you see the dog. Will use them again in the future!

Just had my bike tuned up at Peake endurance and it’s like brand new. I’ve been cycling in the area since 1985 and I’ve dealt with a lot of different bike shops but this is by far the best service and professionalism i’ve ever experienced. I took my Fat tire Bike to them to have new handle bars put on. Not only did they do it and it looked super great. They did it for less money and in about a tenth of the time other bike shops were quoting me.Other shops said they wouldnt even look at it for up to six weeks, These guys did the job and I was riding my bike in about 10 days.They are great i highly recommend them.Also, Kane is super awesome.

Very friendly team of people. Helped me out by fixing a flat tire on my 6 year olds bike the afternoon before the long long Thanksgiving weekend. I would rely on them to give good advice when shopping for a bike.

In the middle of a thunder storm with heavy rain, the service was still amazing and quick!And as always, the food was great.

I just wanted to thank Walt and Emily for helping me with my bike issues. I went in there because of a noise on my bike which i could not figure out and was leaving the same day to ride in a three day bike event. They immediately assisted me and resolved the problem. I brought in a bike that hadnt been touched in 4 years. They did great! Cleaned it up, replaced the wheels, lubricated everything and re-wrapped the bars. I took it out today and it was awesome! Even faster than I remember it being! Thanks Peake!
