Larry frame is very professional and has always came out and fixed any issues with hydro static valves, leak detection, getting wrinkles out of a liner. Great guy and knows his stuff

TRT installed a pool liner in our in ground pool. We were initially pleased but quickly noticed water in our pool light and rocks under the liner. Larry came out and pulled back the liner and removed the rocks but we’ve had issues with the liner sagging ever since and lots of deep wrinkles in the bottom of the pool!! Larry promised to return and fix the light the following spring. In exchange for us having to drain and refill our pool AGAIN to repair the light, Larry promised to fix our diving board at no cost! TRT never returned to fix the light or repair the diving board and our many calls and emails remain unanswered. We paid $3,800 for this install and drained and filled our pool twice to the tune of over $600! Dishonest and shoddy, at best. I’ll gladly update my review if they drain/repair the pool light.

Tidewater recreational food an excellent job leveling the table and putting the felt on my pool table. Moved the table myself and needed it releveled and finish the install in the New house. Larry there pool table technician did an excellent job and is very flexible with time

This comonay used to be called Bermuda pools and spas and I learned this after they about killed me from Leslie pools store after I told the store manager I hired this comonay but after lawsuits they changed their name .This company installed my liner as overlap liner and in a nutshell come close to killing me when the liner dropped down and water got behind the liner and caused my pool walls to cave in .. I have a have beaded liner that needed to be in Tracks .the guy was given the instructions to the pool before installation began (2016) the bigger problem is that they are convenienced and argued with me that they know how to install a liner when the instructions clearly stated how the liner shouldve been installed .I sent this company pictures or to the owner and to get down to what really goes on with this business ..the fact they hire college kids and this is a temporary summer job for all of the employees is the underlining issue and I cant express how important it is to not let them touch your pool .. Ive posted a review on thumbtack but I am posting a review wherever I see this company because even though I didnt pursue a lawsuit yet this not only cost me money $800.00 to have the liner re installed the right way once my pool supplier gave me a new pool wall and liner ..it just about cost me my life when the water got behind the pool liner and the pool wall rise up over me while I was as in the pool. I have pictures of everything and this company or guy had no problem stating it wasnt his fault and he never visited my property to check the pool out even after he told me he would come look at the mess .It took a couple of months for the pool liner to drop down and water got behind it ... so if you had a pool installed by this company the problem may not be identifiable right away and you should have a pool company do an inspection to verify it was done right .. this guy loves to make fast money .. so he does a lot of stuff on the side but isnt consistent and doesnt stand behind any of it . Beware of sadlife personal stories from contractors if they tell you personal stories then they arent professional such as divorce or wife dying, etc. They are trying to get your money and sympathy...dangerous company!!!!
