Amazing service for any industry better than most hospitality operations! One of the many workers in the lumberyard instructed us on where to find our materials and than went to the office and wrapped up 20 brackets we needed and delivered them to us in the yard in a very timely fashion! These guys are good! The gentleman that took my order was very polite! Keep this up KBM!

Worst Customer service I have ever Experienced! So bad I didn’t even buy the materials! They tried to charge me 50% more then the price I agreed to pay 12 hours before!Over $60 bucks they lost a customer for life!!!

The guys/ lady inside and outside were extremely helpful...

Everything was 2x the price of other lumber yards and we had to dig through pallets of wood for 45min to find decent planks
