First of all I had to find this man since he left Greenbrier Mall. But once we did I got a sweatshirt made for my daughter birthday. Very professional and hooked the sweatshirt up. Definitely going back for all my shirts to be customized. He is very good at what he does.

Customized Teez is a fantastic shop! I had to order shirts for my work team and this was a last minute decision. Fady not only got our order ready on the same day, but also was very accommodating, when we had to change one of the shirts last minute. The printing job was amazing, vibrant colors…and the quality of the fabric was impressive! I’ll use Customized Teez again for sure! I strongly recommend this shop!!!!!

Quickly printed our T-shirts I already had designed art for. Emailed my art and fonts to them and it was too easy. They gave me a great team deal too! Everyone kept asking me where we got them done....Customized Teez(The OG) and the boys loved the Skater style fonts with Kobe NBA logo detail on lower front...to give it that jersey effect. I found this place the day OF and I had a great experience. I drove all the way from another state and he made sure I had all my shirts before I left. The owner walked us through the entire process (sizing the shirts, picking the font, positioning the words) and was very understanding of what we wanted. I will definitely be back!! And THEN YOU DONT EVEN TALK TO THE PERSON YOU DISCUSS YOUR DESIGN WITH. WORK WOULD BE GREAT ONLY IF THEY LISTEN.

Please read until end First off the first impression the store said open I arrived at 1 pm it was sign on the door that said be back at 2 I sat there for 2hours and 30 minutes and called him 2 times he sent it to voicemail then answered and said he’s getting lunch be back in a little bit Owner completely unprofessional I took my merch on Monday he told me out his mouth he would have it done in 2 days he didn’t charge me because he didn’t know he could do it, I didn’t call or text him for those two days on the third day I called his phone sent it to voicemail called a hour or so later sent to voicemail so I sent him a text like he told me give me a call or text is what he said he left it me on read multiple times ignored all messages that was sent I waited another day so it’s going on 4 days no response or any notification I called on Thursday from Monday and asked for some information on it he gives me some story of how he has to call someone he knows to do something on the design he told me FaceTime him at 2:30 because he’s going lunch break will have it done by that time I call at 3 to give him sometime I called at 3 no answer I called again 30 min later no answer and he send it to voicemail sent him a text asking for a picture left me on read again I call on Friday sends it to voicemail calls me back 1 minute later and says don’t call him no more I’m blowing up his phone he’s busy come pick it up and take it back I come back to the store he saying I don’t know business doesn’t care and says go for me to leave because he had done nothing in 5 days after I say I gave you a lot of time and I left my merch there that I paid for he tells me to go he doesn’t care I walk to the door and he says I’m stupid don’t know business so he walks to the door and I didn’t back off so he tells me he would punch my teeth out cause he works in ju jitsu he gets aggressive walks up in my face I’m outside at my car at this point and says leave before I punch your teeth out I said hit me you lose your business and he walks back in

I called and e-mail communicated with Fady last week regarding my order of 10 T-shirts. I e-mailed him my image and wording that I wanted on the shirts. He e-mailed me back on Monday of this week stating he had the design ready, the total cost and requested that I stop by to make payment so he could start printing. I called him Monday around 3pm and stated I would be at his shop between 4-4:30pm that day. He said he closes at 5pm at that time was OK. So (ONE hour after I talked to him) at 4pm, I arrived at his shop. The front door was locked with a sign on it stating they someone would return at 5pm.....sounds familiar from a lot of other reviews Ive read. smh! I sat in my car for about 10 minutes to see if anyone would come, while I called his cell phone (b/c this is his business number), no answer and his VM was full. I sent him a text letting him know I was sitting out front of his store. No response. I waited five more minutes and called his cell again and he intentionally sent me to VM.....However when we communicated via phone the week prior he returned my texts and answered my calls....My final text to him stated, This is not very professional nor is it good for your business. It is now Thursday, I just tried calling his cell b/c maybe there was an emergency....giving him the benefit of the doubt b/c sometimes life happens.....and he sent me to VM AGAIN!!! Im not sure what I did wrong that this man does not want my business. If I could give him NEGATIVE stars I would. Very shady business....Oh and I cant wait to see what his response is to this review b/c hes a pretty angry guy when he respond to the negative reviews. But my experience is legit. Take CAUTION if you decide to be a customer to this business.....Update to owners response....you WERE NOT waiting for me to come in! I came to your shop ONE HOUR after I talked to you. You werent in surgery that quick buddy! And if something did come up you should have had the common curtesy to call or answer your phone when I called you instead of sending me to VM. Kick Rocks buddy....I will let EVERYONE know to never shop your establishment....

After having a crisis with Etsy and receiving hidious custom tshirts that I didnt even get to see beforehand, I was a tad bit on edge and needed something quick because I only had 2 days before I had to travel for the bday event. I went in on a Monday afternoon after Google mapping tshirt shops near me and found this one. When I got there I explained my situation to the gentleman that helped me and we immediately sat down and began to design the shirt. His knowledge and professionalism put me at ease and it no longer felt like the end of the world. The shirt was ready on Wed (would be been earlier but had a few communication hiccups, no big deal though) and they turned out beautifully. Needless to say Ill go back in the future and have decided to keep my local options available first rather than depending on e-commerce. Thanks Customized Teez for saving the day.

I love our shirts! I worked with Jasmine and I was completely satisfied her professionalism and her work. Unlike another company who just took my money and put an ashy print on my shirt, Jasmine took her time to explain options and gave recommendations on what I could do. The quality of the shirts were good and so was the vinyl. Some people even questioned if I branded my own shirt line. I returned less than a week later to have more made!

Customized Teez did a beautiful job of creating a gold and black t-shirt for my Thai Boxing classes. It is not only a good looking tee, but the colors are bright and luminous. IMG_0570.jpegGot some great work done here for great prices. 10/10 recommend using these guys for bulk order. Make sure you give a good time lead in advance for apparel requiring intricate designs. The reason being is they use high quality products and cut designs out by hand. That can become very time consuming. Be patient and you will get a great product backed backed with quality craftsmanship.

My daughter plays basketball and I had a great idea for a t-shirt design. The employee was very patient with me while I scrambled to describe what my design idea was and she just got it right. I needed a backdrop made at the last minute and I had gone to a few other print shops and all said it could not be done because my logo was to complex well Customized Teez recreated my logo to make it look almost exact but to the point they could print my logo on a table linen that I was also told it could not be printed on..well it turned out great

I’ll be going back again.Update:Unfortunately, after attempting to place several orders and experiencing many instances of poor/no communication, I cannot recommend this shop. Several times I have attempted to make physical, personal contact with the store owner, in which he has not been available to me at a certain time after telling me he would be, or he was not there at all. I have emailed him many times as well, in which he failed to email back in a timely fashion or at all after several weeks. When I confronted him in a professional and reasonable way, I was responded to with a very unprofessional and condescending way, which is unacceptable for any business, especially one for whom I previously gave my money and a 5 star review. If you are not willing to waste your personal time going back and forth to the store, or wait for a response in any other way if that does not work for you, and are willing to be belittled and treated unprofessionally and unappreciated by the owner when questioning him about it, then I cannot recommend this place for you. If you think that is worth having decent quality t-shirts, then try your luck. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs.

Business owner randomly closes Customized Teez without warning after he charges you for your shirts. You are left to wait until he decides to return. He doesn’t answer his business phone just leaves. Then when he comes back 2 or more hours later and you ask for a head up next time that he’s closing he dismisses you and says he’s finished. I’m not sure if this is how he does business with women in his culture but after spending thousands over the years getting T shirts done there. I’m done.I don’t pay to be disrespected when asking for a courtesy to be extended to me as a customer. If there was a negative star system he would receive -5

Tried getting a shirt done there twice in a matter of two days. Went there at different times and the “will be back sign” was posted up at a certain time. The person never showed up. It said he would be back at 5pm and he ended up showing back up at 5:50ish when I saw him as I was shopping at another store. Apparently the person dips out of the store all the time and never comes back at the right time. There was another couple that tired to get a shirt done and he also wasn’t there for them the day before. I would call ahead before trying to go to make sure homedude is actually going to be in the shop! For now, iron on transfer will do.If your responding to me for another customer,... just to let you know I never stepped foot in your store. So you did no service for me saying my shirts came out perfectly. And sorry your hand is messed up, BUT if you have a sign on your store stating when you will be back from break then that time should be honored. Especially since it happened to myself and another group two days in a row. That’s just doing good business and making sure your customers to be aren’t waiting around trying to figure out what’s going on. Seems if you have a broken hand you might need to hire more staff also. Might be able to keep your store open more. Good Day.

I usual deal with the store in Military Circle mall Norfolk Virginia, only to be giving the tun around for 5hrs. I was told to return every other hour, because it was only one person that knows how to work the Machine for my prints. Upon returning at 5 PM, the guy still have not arrived. So I googled and was informed about custom tees here in Greenbriar mall Chesapeake Virginia, I arrived to them at 615pm...I needed 10 shirts...three of them which was print front and back....all had different pictures and all had different words to be printed on them....needless to say custom prints met my needs 100%.....all the shirts was ready for pick up 10am the next morning.... With an awesome awesome deal....I saved $70....I say all this to say they have earned and will receive my business long as there doors are open

I bought 5 shirts @ $127 (mighty high price for 5 crappy shirts) and he demanded we pay for last shirt that he messed up for $30 as well. Look around at the other reviews on line and you will see this guy is a rip off and a Jerk as well.Also immediately after this post went up He attacked our Business with a fake post about service HE never obtained. Customize Tee is amazing! I’m in the military and i work on aircrafts so you know we’re on the ship like every year. Looking good on the ship is a must for me and I know %90 of the people on the ship feels the same so that’s where customize Tee comes in. I was always looking around for a place that could print my shirt but I couldn’t find anywhere that makes the design I was looking for until I found Customize Tee’s. if you work on the ship, you already know getting shirts stenciled you of to spray paint it which never look good. I have a shirt that i got stenciled at Customize Tee 4 years ago, stencil still look like i got it done just yesterday. I got a lot of compliments about all the shirts i wore on the ship, now I’m taking orders for people in my squadron. I now use Customize Tee for my CFL and ACFL shirts, other squadron coming over asking us where we got our shirts done. I also own a music business and i use Customize Tee for all my promotion shirts.
