Crossroads called me at 4:30 pm to reschedule a service visit and propane refill scheduled for the next day. I knew I was low on propane and agreed that the service work could be delayed but I needed the propane delivered. As I was talking with them I checked my tank and found out that I was completely out. My house runs on propane; heating, cooking, hot water, etc. I needed an immediate delivery of propane. Crossroads came through and sent their truck right out.There are many propane service providers to choose from in my area. Lets face it, regular deliveries of propane to customers is the easy part. How a company responds to a customers immediate/emergency needs is really what sets them apart. Crossroads came through for me and my family. I will not forget it! THANK YOU!

Very friendly service, I called to see if I could get my Rv filled with propane there. They were not able to do it, but the nice woman I spoke with took time out of her day to refer me to somebody that could.Ryan.

They do not deserve the one star. No return calls, cannot leave messages that they listen to and cannot get them to deliver propane which I heat and cook with (it is now February 1st). I have been trying to contact them for a week! I did talk to someone once and she took a message and wrote it down for her supervisor to call me. I never heard from her either!!!
