I’ve been with EMC for 8 years. This company cares for you and your family. If you are honest and hardworking they will help you through anything. They understand you have a life and a family outside of the company. I could not imagine working anywhere else. No matter how big we get, I still feel appreciated and cared for, not just a body filling a position.

I walked in the office to ask a question about an electric motor and the bracket.They told me something that I did not know. And I am glad they did, it gave me a better under standing of the electric motor.When I was a kid I was very fascinated about electric motors, I have before cleaned up and replaced the electrodes in electric motors before.

Electric Motor & Contracting has been a very generous, family oriented, caring workplace. I have worked at this establishment for 14 years and have never felt like I wasnt appreciated. Very lenient and understanding. EMC has done so much for me over the years and cannot thank them enough. Great Vacation, benefits, Bonuses and opportunity. Company lunches every quarter for 250+ people to show their appreciation is awesome. Making life long friendships, learning new things and knowing that EMC has your back! Nothing but very hard workers that are proud to work here. Thank you EMC!

They put my husband on night shift two weeks after I had a baby... our FIRST baby... & then FIRED him because I called him to come home a few hours early one night because she was screaming for hours & I was alone after working all day & needed him to help me... who fires someone without any notice knowing they have a NEWBORN at home?! & he has been requesting that they put him back on days so I wouldn’t be home alone all night with her... which they kept avoiding. Not even a week after they fired him we had to take my daughter to CHKD for febrile seizures & it wasn’t until we went to fill her medications the next day that we found out her insurance had been terminated without us knowing. I’ll let y’all make your own judgement of this company’s morals.

EMC is a great company! I have been with EMC for 15 years and have never worked for a company that cares more about their employees. We are a family and you get treated that way, no matter how much we have grown over the years its still true. As with any company, you are expected to show up and put in the same hard work that everyone else does, and you get appreciated regularly for that hard work. Thats what continues to set EMC apart from other companies. I dont see myself working anywhere else.
