Store is always organized and they always ask if you need help

Nice enough staff, greeted me upon entry and the store was clean. However the woman working there (manager maybe?) was improperly wearing her mask (nose out, barely over mouth). People who want to visit a place to purchase supplements are generally trying to avoid getting sick.

They have many supplements only in their own brand. There is not much variety if you have other favorite brands.

Great spot just got to figure the part of the strip mall for the location got all my needs and decent prices.

Went there today, they greeted me as soon as I came in but thats about it. 3 Customer service personnel just standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers. No one even attempted to help so I left, on the way out someone did ask if they could help me with something I guess after they finished their conversation with their co-worker with customers in the store, i replied no thank you and left. Poor customer service at this location.

Just stopped by to say that TODD at this location is an AWARD WINNING customer service rep in my book. He was not only attentive to my needs, but very knowledgeable about the various products that I was inquiring about. (And there were quite a few). He Served me with a FRIENDLY DISPOSITION and seemed interesting in my concerns. Way to go TODD job well done.I apologize for taking so long to write my review. Ms. Collins :):):)

It was my very first visit and customer service exceeded my expectations. Got immediately greeted by a very nice young man with glasses who patiently waited while I was pulling up a picture of the zero carb whey protein, he knew exactly where it was and before he walked away, politely inquired if I needed help with anything else. The gentleman who rang me up (also, had glasses) was bubbly and not only helped me become a rewards member but, also, signed me up for auto delivery which I knew nothing about. Thank you, the crew of the Vitamin Shoppe Greenbrier, for amazing experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Amber at The Vitamin Shoppe this week! She was so attentive, helpful and patient with me as I asked her numerous questions. I went in not knowing at all what I needed, other than everyday vitamins. Amber talked through what my health concerns were and guided me to the supplements/vitamins that would work best for me!Thank you! This location is so awesome. There were two female reps that helped me and were extremely professional and helpful. The positive attitude I’ve got from them, will assure to bring me back for future visits. The knowledge they’ve given to me has opened my eyes on the type of supplements I should be consuming. Great selections. Online ordering is great but browsing this store is like old school vitamin and health store.

I was looking around and no one had asked me if I needed help with anything. I felt invisible . All the salesmen walked by not saying a word. I have been here frequently and had a great experience each visit until now 12/10/16 at 130pm. I have stayed for awhile and no assistance offered. I will not come here again. I will go back to Va. Beach!!😠

Really poor customer service here. I used to bypass the VB location to go to Chesapeake just because the service was much better. But now, with new staff the service has deteriorated. I buy my speciality tea there. When I went to check out the guy did not speak to me once. He was to busy having a full conversation with his co worker. I was so annoyed I didnt even wait for the receipt. Wont be back. Not worth the trip anymore (from Norfolk) and I can probably get cheaper online somewhere else.

Great. Old-school vitiman store with new stuff .

I had an issue with a product but they went out of their way to resolve it. Although Im not a biggest fan of the remodel (due to an awkward layout with their registers), I am a fan of the service. I was reminded today why I continue to shop there and not buy my supplements online for less.

Was told I could return despite no return signs due to buying something different, the product was rancid when I trie d to exchange was told they wouldnt do it

Trying new supplements, they had what we wanted.

Walked in got no help, and I looked around didnt see what I needed. When I went to leave then the guy working asked if I found what I needed? LOL, said No, not coming back.

The team here will really spend time helping you find what you need and explaining things to you.

I came here because I dont know anything about supplements and I wanted help. No one asked me for 15 min if I was doing ok and when I expressed that I didnt know what to look for, the girl just said ok and then walked away. Didnt offer to try to help me figure anything out or give me basic information. She could have asked well, what brought you in today? Nope. I will not be returning. Id rather buy everything online where I have 0 expectations.

Tried calling the Chesapeake store 4 times and the phone rangs 15 times each time without anyone answering. When I called the 5th time, Michael answered and when I asked if they had a specific item in stock, he was so abrupt with me that I decided to make my purchase at Walgreens instead. One star is TOO MUCH!!!

Showed up at 9:00 a.m. today and store did not open on time. I was not able to purchase my product.
