They have a great new store and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of. They have a great stick handling area for saucing and passing along with video games to help pass the time between games. The best measure of a business is when they go that extra mile, and Ice Industries has done that repeatedly. Not only doing extra work and research to do a difficult repair, but also recommending products that truly best suit each particular player - even if they dont carry that product themselves. It is about the game, and the repeat customers, and that it what makes them a cut above!

Ice Industries is hands down the best hockey shop in Hampton Roads. Veteran-owned and operated, Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and inviting. I really hope they are able to stay for a long while!

Great Pro Shop! We were a visiting team for a Mite event and was pleasantly surprised by this Pro Shop. We rarely find a pro shop with the knowledge and inventory for a youth sized player. Tyler was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. My son has a wide foot, so we normally buy Bauer Supreme, but Ice Industries had a CCM FT2 Jetspeed skate that we had never tried on before. Tyler helped us, explained the variances between brands and styles. He put the FT2s on my son, asked him various questions about fit and feel, and ultimately we ended up buying the skates. Were very pleased with the service, selection, and will happily return when were back in the area.
