I purchased an item (never used)from the Chesapeake VA. location that was supposed to light up. Got home and the item didnt light up (defected). I tried to return it and although the issue was no fault of my own, they told me all sales are final and wouldnt refund or even exchange the item. This was my 1st and last time giving them my business. I will never shop there again.

All the other adult stores I went to felt like walking into a dollar tree/dingy beauty supply store.This place has class and very helpful staff. I did not feel uncomfortable being here and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if your like me and you just want to try something new, but don’t know what to look for. This place is incredibly organized, clean, and professional.Thank you so much.

I bought a very expensive item and it literally did not charge the same night I bought it. Couldn’t return it back to the store and when I tried to call no one picked up. All sales are final for toys of course. Yes, it has a 1 year warranty but the company’s warranty policy is a pain, of course. And tbh, being asked if I have any questions or need help every 2 minutes was very annoying, when I just wanted to browse and discover. I’ll just stick to online shopping. Who knows how long it will take to get a replacement. The items are almost twice the price compared to other places, but it’s nice to go to an adult store that doesn’t have a sleezy feel and has testers. When you spend over $100, you still expect to receive quality products. The customer service was great but excessive.

I went in there 12/1/2019 it was my first time there, everybody working there was very nice and I was greeted with smiles rite when I walked in. Awesome customer service!

Should be six stars. The ladies who helped my boyfriend and I were beyond wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you ladies for the professionalism and wonderful sense of humor.
