Order (1) 96”x5” square tubing yesterday. Showed up today to pick it up “lady at the front desk said come anytime and it’ll be cut when you show up.” I got here at 2:20pm and it is now 3:20pm. The person I asked for my order at 2:25pm has yet to show back up. Called the office two times for them to say “they are cutting it.” I blew the horn til I got someone to come outside. I told the manager and he came back out to tell me he cut it wrong at 2:50pm. Still standing here. Waiting.

I really should have listened to reviews about their customer service. I called twice (the first time someone picked up and hung up without saying anything). I had a question and the lady tried cutting me off before I could finish anything. When I finally managed to ask a question she simply just said “No” like I she couldn’t be bothered to have basic phone etiquette and was pretty much trying to get me off the phone.

Great customer service all around. They usually have what you need at a competitive price and if they dont theyll get it asap.

I had good customer service and the metal price seemed reasonable. Bought some aluminum angle about a year ago and paid a little extra to have them cut it. I will be headed back for some steel angle. I wish there was a materials and price list available. This would help me to price out DIY jobs vs asking a bunch of questions. 👍🏻

Came to BMG to Buy some plate for an emergency job and was greeted by a friendly staff Dave who helped me was knowledgeable about his metal and very energetic he seemed like he liked where he worked. After going to the warehouse to look at all the various plates I was able to get what I needed and the manager Alec had them cut it to size within minutes for me which really helped me out of a jam . Thanks Again everyone I will be Back !!!!!!

Good product and fair pricing, but their customer service is rough. Felt like I bothered them when I was ordering.Not a bad place to get your metal.

Looks like reviews are right on.Bad customer service. I too felt like I was bothering the ladies when I walked in the door.Instead of coming to the counter they tired to speak to you sitting down from 20 feet away.Meanwhile others are talking on the phone and you can’t hear what they are saying.I can’t think of any other place that’s treats customers this way.Business must be overly good!!Only the metal selection kept me from walking out.

Friendly employees and a safe environment

I went to your business to buy some steel, when I walked in I said hi to the employees nobody said hi back. As matter of fact the heavy set male that works up front looked at me like why are you talking to me. I asked them for prices on angle iron, I felt like the old lady and the male were very rudd so I left and went to buy elsewhere. Anthony Greco.
