Completed unscheduled service for me on the morning of 6/23/15.Top notch service! I was traveling US Hwy 1 from Key West to Maine when a squeak developed in my suspension. I stopped in, without calling ahead, because I rode all night so I could be there waiting when they opened. While in the midst of getting the new Indian showroom finished which had resulted in a backlog of service orders, Mike was out fixing my problem in a matter of minutes & I was on my way.

All Out Cycles was not a place that i knew about before my Spyder purchase. They are somewhat off the beaten path. However from the moment i called the store, they were helpful and took the time to tell me what they had to offer, as well as offering to set up time to talk in person and test drive a bike. Bernard was top notch from day one. He kept in touch with me worked with my schedule and even rode with me on a test drive. Other dealers in the area would not even allow a test drive! This is very frustrating since it is a large purchase and a very unique product. Bernard and Tammy in financing were both most helpful in getting me on the road with my new Spyder less than a week later and i am loving every minute of it! Fast service, dropped it off yesterday for fluid change, carb clean, and tune. It was done this amService work is a bit pricey but the work is done right the first time.

Beware of this company. The salemen named Bernard is a poor representative of the company. He is not trustworthy, or professional. He has poor customer service skills, needs additional training in customer service. Avoid this person and the entire company......not business savvy..... also the company needs a manager that has customer service/people skills...... severely lacking. I am very excited about my bike !!!! Dealing with all out cycles was wonderful. They work with you every step of the way and answer any questions that you have, and trust me I had some every two seconds lol. I went to get a air filter.noticed it was dirty..not wrapped or in a box. Which means it has been sitting out or used..clerk said they come like that..

UPDATE: would give zero stars if I could. Fixed only after told them that it would be picked up the next day after 2 weeks of sitting. After pick up, had to call them back because they didnt return the keys.Really bad customer service. 0/4 people that work there didnt say hello. I had to leave the store and call in order to be acknowledged. Go somewhere where they want to help you or call from their parking lot for help.

Ive been sorely missing a motorcycle but didnt want another Harley. The Chieftains looked pretty great and Bernard at All Out Cycles was happy to let me test drive a new model. There was no sales pressure from Bernard and he even offered to guide me on a nice tour of Chesapeake. Needless to say, I wanted the Chieftain after that.Bernard worked with me a few days later on a used Chieftain. Still no pressure, very easy going; like working with a friend.I would 100% recommend All Out Cycles. Give them a call, these are classy people.

Quick, friendly service but overpriced. $60 to mount and balance a front tire, already off the bike with the tire and tube already on the rim but not quite seated. Even if they were all separate thats still a little steep for a wheel already off the bike.

If I didnt own a Victory Motorcycle I wouldnt go there. The staff is not very friendly and lack diversity. The service department will tell you the diagnosis fee is included in the repairs, but will add it anyway. I recommend Sunrise Cycle.

I made the mistake and sat on a Spyder with a competing salesman. I instantly knew I was going to buy but couldnt get my questions answered until I walked into All Out Cycle one night. From there AJ called me 1st thing the next morning. He had 6 different models to look at, was patient in answering my numerous questions and fitting me with the Spyder that would work best for me. By lunchtime I was the proud owner of a new 2020 LT limited Can-Am Spyder and couldnt be happier. I was told the bike would be ready on Thursday, I got a call Wednesday it was ready. AJ meet me after hours, took his time informing me about different amenities and ensuring I was comfortable with leaving. Its obvious AJ is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated professional. AJ and the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. Even days after pickup he is still answering my call or getting back to me with answers. In addition to the outstanding customer service I also received a lifetime of oil changes and free yearly state inspections. Dont waste your time going anywhere else but All Out Cycle!!

I had great experience and everyone was super nice and answered all of questions with no hesitation. My salesman Bernard was super nice and very knowledgeable about the bikes and even did full tour on every function on the bike and even helped load it up.

Ok so i was looking for a jet ski everywhere and could not find one. So I run across ALL OUT and AJ picks up the phone. “ Hey AJ I need a Ski you have any in stock?” AJ had one ski left. He told me what it was Seadoo Spark TRIXX told me price gave me a nice run down on it and helped me with the Financing step by step. AJ broke down the price and gave me plenty options to pick from. The team at All Out Cycles is amazing. Bernard worked with me to purchase my first Sea-Doo. He talked with me about the different models and the pros and cons of each based on my needs. I ended up with a GTR 230 and its an amazing machine. I would highly recommend shopping at All Out Cycles.

All Out Cycles is a nice place and people for the most part are friendly...the only issue I have with Can Am and All Out Cycles is with the issue of Tech Support. There is not enough tech support for Can Am owners and the waiting to have a Can Am repaired is ridiculous. On one occasion I was told I needed to wait 3 weeks to have a DPS error fixed and on a different date I was told I had to leave my Can Am for 3 or 4 days at the shop just to have the bike inspected. This is my huge regret in purchasing my Can Am, and that is again tech support is superlatively lacking, something I will have to reconsider next time I buy a bike. Support will be my number one consideration...I dont think Ill buy another Can Am nor I can refer anyone to purchase one until tech support is improved.

AJ was awsome i went to cycle city in newport news and they didint want to give me the deal i wanted so i called all out cycles and AJ hooked me up with what i needed and wanted. 100% recommended military friendly store.

OK experience. The person who sold us the sea doo did not own one which was not optimal. “You can use it all weekend without refueling” is NOT accurate. “You only use it for 20 minutes at a time” is NOT accurate. Nice enough but don’t tell me that the “prep” fee includes a full tank of gas and then don’t fill it up. “We may have run out of gas” ... Really? I spent over $14,000, and you can’t fill up the tank? We purchased an extended warranty. I hope the mechanics are more knowledgeable.

We took advantage of the promotion that allowed long term financing and also which gave us a 2 year warranty extensions and we even got a free HD camera like go pro.This was the most painless and easy large purchase I have ever made. I would highly recommend David and All out Cycles if your looking to make your first watercraft or bike purchase, they were great.

Might be typical of motorcycle or recreational vehicles but felt like I was putting them out and there was no...how can we make a deal. It was more...here is our price. Take it or leave it. We left.Update. Did end up buying. Everyone has been very friendly. Service is great too.

The place is clean and all but service isnt that great and they dont understand warranties. Husband has had to call several times to get anyone to answer simple questions. Not a place I would take my bike to if I had one. Staff needs more knowledge about warranties and how it works. Also about customer service and CONTACTING people within a reasonable amount of time instead of waiting nearly a week later.

The guys in the service department have been great and have done an excellent job servicing my jet skis.

Quiet store and hard to get into. There is a small parking lot and three entrances. Polaris, can am, and Indian bikes. Good quality stuff. I didnt buy anything but the staff was nice and the store was clean.

Motorcycle maintenance service was completed quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

I dropped my bike off almost a month ago on a Monday or a Tuesday. I needed a 5-10000 mile full service/check up and had a check engine light on that I wanted to get checked out. I was told they would be able to get to me by the end of the week. Obviously a little let down since I ride all year round and I don’t like going without my scoot for a week but I understood. At the end of the week I still hadn’t heard anything so I called to check in. I was told that I got pushed back a bit because one of the bikes before mine ended up needing a full rebuild and I should hear something by the end of the next week since it was Christmas weekend. Again not what I wanted to hear but I get all my service done at AOC and I have had very good encounters with AOC before and I understand things happen. I called on that next Friday or Saturday to check in again and my bike still hadn’t even been put on the lift. Again I was told later the next week I should be good to go since it was New Years weekend. I finally got a call that next Friday or so with the diagnostic results and a parts list of what I needed. When I gave the go ahead to order the parts and complete the service they said the parts should take a day or two to get there from the warehouse and I should be done the early part of the next week. I called on the next Thursday and my parts had just arrived and was told that they may be able to get my bike done this week. My only question is why couldn’t the diagnostic test for the error code been done three weeks ago and the parts ordered so when the bike was put on the lift everything was on hand? I understand holiday season and unexpected issues with other bikes but this was a little ridiculous. On another not the staff is very friendly and helpful. Which is why I give it 3 stars instead of lower.

I love my canam 600 Ryker it handles and has a lot of power when needed with the attachments it can be used for about anything all out cycles is a great motorcycle dealership Bernard Wilson was my sales person and he was outstanding

We originally bought a CanAm ATV and loved the experience and the feedback they gave us when when had questions ( not just ignored once the sale was done) so we have gone back and ended up buying 2 motorcycles and a Trike and they have yet to disappoint particular shout out to AJ for helping steer us right when making the decisions about our bikes!

They refused to schedule an appointment for factory warranty work because i bought at a different dealership. This is a work vehicle for my company, and cant sit idle for at least 2 weeks until they get around to it. If you are that busy, hire another mechanic.

Just purchased two jet skis from them. They were very helpful educating us on how to choose the right models. AJ our salesmen also stayed late after closing on a Saturday to continue walking us through the process. We will continue to go to them for all our power sports needs.

They only have 2 mechanics in service so if you drop anything off to be serviced... be prepared to wait. After 3 weeks no one had even looked at my jet ski and I wasnt scheduled on the clip board to have the service performed. I picked it up from the holding area and took it to another service provider.

Poor customer service doesnt even describe my experience. Inquired about a front tire for a motorcycle. Had the wheel off the bike and with me. Didnt want to give me the time of day. A positive is I know when not to take my bike or jet skis.

Purchased an Indian scout bobber from all out cycles. Answered all my questions and once I made my decision they had me out riding my new bike in under a hour.

I have had several items (warranty/ recalls), fixed by All Out Cycles on my Sportsman 570. Each experience has been pleasent, their staff has been professional, no issues with workmanship whatsoever.

Most pleasant buying experience, knowledgeable staff, answers questions promptly, low pressure to purchase until you are ready. My wife is already talking about getting her endorsement and buying one for herself, and its all because of the staff here.

We went into allout cycles to browse around. Ended up buying a couple life vests. Two different sales people chatted with us while helping us get the right style and sizes. Both Bernie and AJ explained and even acted out why its bad to have a life vest that is to large! I highly recommend their knowledge and service.
