My wife took our disabled daughter to foot solutions to pick up shoes previously ordered. Both Joe and Mary were there for the appt and determined that the shoes were not a good fit for my Daughter. They then went through a lot of their inventory and found a pair that had been special ordered for someone who had changed their mind and did not buy them. They spent about 1 hour working with my wife and daughter ensuring that they were a good fit for my daughter. Thank you very much Mary and Joe for your caring professional support

It was so amazing that I had relief from my plantar fascitis instantly! Logan was very helpful and explained everything very well. Definitely recommend especially if you suffer from painful feet.
I took my mother to Foot Solutions to get assistance with purchasing a pair of excellent walking shoes. When we walked into Foot Solutions in Chesapeake, we were never greeted or acknowledged. So, we took a seat and waited. Some customers were being served, which would understood. However, we kept waiting, and the workers just ignored us. Finally, I had to stand at the front desk and wait for someone to come to the front from the back as the workers in the front showed no customer service skills to us. The service that we eventually received was quiet inadequate. If certain customers are not welcomed at Foot Solutions in Chesapeake, it should simply be stated. The first time we purchased shoes from Foot Solutions, we felt welcomed. This time was a very unpleasant experience.
I was recommended by my podiatrist for the therapy for my neuropathy and pain in my feet. I started the therapy and felt fantastic after. I then got my shoes and inserts and now I’m up and walking. I’m really motivated. Really recommend Foot Solutions and the Ultimate Clinic. The staff is extremely personable and the environment is very inviting.

Polite and courteous staff. New customer appointment for an eval and fitting took just about an hour. I didnt feel pressured and felt I was provided with a thorough array of available options for my condition. They say they back over the counter inserts with a full guarantee.
I was skeptical about inserts. I was shocked at the relief I felt. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and often end the day limping. Not anymore. Try this place out. Friendly staff. Expensive but not as bad as the pain!
I wonder what happened to my wife’s shoes!!??!! Said 6 weeks wait. At 3 weeks called-none ordered yet. Worried more about money than shoes covered by insurance. Said we would pay for second pair but after the mess getting her feet measured, not sure shoes would fit so wanted to wait to try on shoes. Many many weeks later no shoes. They did call a couple of times and left ‘want money’ messages. Is this called a debacle? Yep!If the below response is true, where are her insurance covered shoes? Did they get ordered or are you waiting for her to pay cash for the second pair? Did you EVER order any shoe? Unclear to me! Your answer is just another “who shot John” statement.
They have taken care of this matter after reading this review. I changed it from 1 to 3 because they did take care of it. Please be aware of return policy before signing and paying. I just want you to know ahead of time. BUYER BEWARE; My husband ordered shoes and Carissa ordered the wrong shoes. She then ordered the right ones. He picked up the shoes and paid the balance owed. He wore them out of the store thinking everything was done. A few days later Carissa calls and says that she thought he had a secondary insurance and that he still owed approximately $69.00 still. Insurance card was shown when ordered.The shoes cant be returned because he walked out the door with them on. Also the inserts that they sold him are Final sale. READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. You cant get your money back. I included a copy of the store return policy on receipt.
When I walked into Foot Solutions, I didnt know what to expect. I had been dealing with foot pain for awhile. The sales associate Carissa had helped me and was very knowledgeable about the condition that I seemed to be suffering from plantar fasciitis and my severe flat feet. I tried on 3 different orthotics and they felt weird at first, but after the last month I am not experiencing pain anymore. I have been now been able to walk/run more. I am very grateful to the foot solutions fam. PS you def have to try the socks that they make. I think they are called Skarpety. BEST PAIR of socks I have ever bought!!!

Going in i was super unsure what i needed but Kerrie and the rest of the staff helped me and made everything easy! the original pair i purchased didn’t quite work for me and i was able to return them with no issues for a pair that was perfect!! definitely recommending to my friends!

Yes me and a friend of mine went in there just see about getting some help with having feet problems with pain. The lady that work there and her name is Mimi assisted us with some options and as we were going on looking through and studying her options she guaranteed a relief on some insoles and charge me $210. She failed to tell me or inform us that there was no refund that all sales are final and with this being said my friend went back up there to try to get a refund because their product did not work and she informed her there was no refund that it was on the receipt what if you have no common knowledge of no refund up front why would you spend $210 right off the bat without some kind of security behind it because a lot of people $210 is a lot of money out of pocket and all I request is a refund because their product did not work. When I do business with people I am upfront about everything and thats the way things should be and this is where I say she failed to do so so all I can say folks if you go in this store you better make sure you asked all the questions to cover yourself because I feel like Ive been truly ripped off and thats a shame
Joe is great! And Lynda is the best! Im active duty sent here as a referral. Ive been there a couple times now and enjoy each visit. The best in technology to properly fit your feet. Theres nothing Joe cant manipulate when it comes to your inserts.Thanks guys, see you next time.
Mary Stavitzski is the most amazing person at this store. Countless years at this store and the one she owned. More knowledge about feet than any doctor I know, including the orthopaedic surgeon who referred us. Immediate relief! Thank you again!!!!! Moms got her groove back!
I went twice. once for the fitting of inserts and a second to actually get the inserts. The staff was very friendly, I recommend working with Sarah, she made a uncomfortable situation (for me at least) more comfortable. she walked through the whole process and every step with me. I also met the owner who worked closely with me and Sarah to ensure my inserts fit properly and will help me. my inserts have helped tremendously. my toes dont feel cold. Foot, leg, knee, and hip pain has dropped drastically in just a weeks time. 10/10 would and will go back again

I was actually a huge fan of this store. Weve made several sales here before. It sucks because my husband came out here to get a giftcard for my birthday and I came out to spend it. The service wasnt what Ive had in the past the sales person kept bringing shoes I didnt even want out. I guess to size me, sure, but how do you guys have nothing available in my size or even remotely close to it to just see how they look when on my feet. NAOT is discontinued, which is the brand I love, but that wasnt a theyb deal there were new brands that looked great as well. They had 4-5 other shoes they couldnt let me try on because nothing was available in a size near mine (ones I was going to get instead). I dont know if its because the lady knew I was using a gift card? Is it because I came in looking like a bum on my day off(didnt look loaded to spend $150+ on shoes) Im not sure... I dont know where the disconnect was but it was the most awkward experience Ive ever had coming to the store I love/d.

Very responsive staff, however the shoes and orthopedic inserts I purchased arent havent eased my foot pain at all. Disappointed in the product fit. Inserts slide down in the shoes as I walk and the material is hard, increasing heel pain after long work days.

They sold us a defective shoes that sqeeks and would not replace it after only one week. Do not brlbeli the sales clerk that you can bring them back if they dont work, they dont. Dont do business with them, they tell you anything to get your money and them dont honor their word.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great variety of shoes to choose from. They pay attention to your needs and dont make you feel pressured to buy anything but they do make sure you know what would be the best product for you.
