This is my first time dealing with AHP INC. and it is off to a rocky start. I scheduled for a technician to come by and bring me an overnight oxygen monitoring system. I was told it would be between 2 and 5. I got home and the technician had already come by. So now I had to reschedule and have them drop it by in my mailbox. So why did I need a technician to do that? I figured a tech would come by to make sure I understand how to set it up properly. guess what I will probably get charged for the techs time even though I didnt see one. I had to take off work for this crap. I get so tired of these companies who think our time isnt valuable. In the future I will have the doctor have a different company do the testing.
I have not had a good experience with this company. I have been trying to reordermy supplies they keep sending me the wrong mask size (small) when I call them on the phone they dont listen to my request. They also rush you off the phone. Not very good communication skills. This will be my third attempt. The package is a small, order form say medium big as day. Not understanding why this is so hard to do. I can say the product come quickly, but the service sucks.
My Wife used American Home Patient for her CPAP supplies. We have never had any problems getting her supplies every 3 months. These 5 Stars are for American Home Patient. A few weeks ago we found out that American Home Patient is now being run by Lincare. I guess Lincare bought them out. Anyway, Lincare service is not up to par. After calling Lincare they will only send me 1 months supply every month now for 6 months before I can go 3 months at a time. I transferred My Wife to ABC where I get my supplies and now we are happy. I dont want to fool with Lincare. Sounds like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at Lincare.
Only company I have had the displeasure of dealing with when it comes to CPAP supplies. Placed order after there calls for be tonreaupplyvand paid 299 for the CPAP cleaning device. A week later I have a person calling me saying it’s time to renew my supplies and is wrong about what I’m eligible to get. Then almost three weeks later everything is still on back order (my mask and tubing included) in understand the cleaning device but the tubing,filters, and germeral items are all on back order. Smfh.
