We purchased a home with an existing sunroom that had single pane glass and was very drafty. We went discussed several different options and Keith quickly and promptly quotes us for each scenario. He answered all of my questions over a period of weeks while making a decision. He arrived exactly when he said he would, had the all the materials for the job, and completed ahead of schedule. Had a sunroom and screened porch done by Mr. Elchin. The job was OK. Mr. Elchin did not supervise the job to my satisfaction. He would only come over to check out the sub-contractors if I called with a concern. Anything extra done he would nickel and dime me to death. I believe he should have been on site at least once a week to make sure the job was being done correctly by all of his sub-contractors.
