This is one of the sweetest gems in the Chesterfield area. They are helpful, go out of their way to assist customers sometimes at the last minute, and truly care about people having the perfect wedding day. The bridal consultants were all super smiley and helpful. The owner takes great care of the inventory and the customers who come through the door. They take appointments only right now which actually ends up being great because you truly feel like the appointment is just about you and your experience. My family loved it there as well. I definitely recommend them and have had several friends go there to find their perfect dress. They take time to find what you are actually looking for and give you many options to choose from. You should go if you’re looking for great customer service and beautiful gowns!

What a WONDERFUL little gem of a bridal shop in the heart of Chester. The selection is fabulous and the place is decorated so nicely. The staff goes above and beyond to help and really takes their time to understand the wants and desires of the Bride and her party and even provides recommendations for the seamstress for alterations if they are needed . Could not of asked for a better experience the owner made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Highly recommend!!

This place is horrible the miscommunication is a sure thing I was told by an employee that my dress needed to altered and that it would cost nothing to me. I informed her I didn’t have time or the budget for alterations or any kind of hold I was reassured it wouldn’t cost or take long at all otherwise I would’ve went some where else that would’ve easily accommodated me much better but I trusted word of mouth! Never again. I dropped my dress off and walked out the sewing shop with a 120 bill. I called back to speak with this place and they act like it never happened I had several people hear the same thing. To lie to someone to get them to buy a dress is terrible especially a stressed out new mother at that!!!! Hear I am 3 days away from my wedding with a bunch of lies DO NOT GO HERE!!! Further more the dress was ripped in some places and pieces was missing. To keep repeating about a receipt that you don’t see until after you purchase something most humans go off of what a salesperson says to make them buy something and they will tell you anything to get you to buy! Take accountability as a business when an employee makes a mistake!! Horrible manager !!!!

The manager is very. very rude. My sister purchased her wedding gown from here and they lied to her about the alterations price. When she tried to speak to the manager she was rude and nasty. Would not recommend this shop at allI see the manager has commented. The fact that the salesperson told her they would pay for the alterations and it was 4 people standing there that heard her, supercedes any policy or receipt. It is not the customer fault if your salesperson is not trained on your policies

Associate measured shoulders as if she were measuring for a men’s suit, not a bridesmaid dress. She then ordered the incorrect size despite the customer telling her the correct size. This caused weeks of wait time for unnecessary alterations. The same thing happened to multiple people in the bridal party.

Caitlin was so great! She had many different styles I could chose from & assured me all the dresses could be customized to my liking and size. This was so important to me as a petite bride. Thank you Celebrity!

Kaitlin and her staff were amazing! My wedding took place on Saturday and my dress was perfect! Kaitlin helped me try on dresses in my price range, she got me measured, ordered my dress, and called me to schedule fitting. The most amazing thing was when I had a dress emergency due to a faulty zipper and was stuck in my dress, Kaitlin drove to the house to help get me out. Thank goodness I did bridal trials with my dress so everything could be perfect in my big day. So much stress was relieved when they got the zipper repaired and It fit perfectly. Thank you, Kaitlin, Ms. Theresa, and Celebrity.

Awful.It was highly recommended to me by a co worker. I suppose I could have-should have considered the source and NOT assumed this would be high quality.Sometimes, we hope for the best. Sometimes, we try to give people a chance. A second chance.We tried this place on two separate days that week, but then I just figured I’d rather BUY a tuxedo for the prom than pay to rent from this sub par mom and pop business. Idk how it’s survived in these times.Oh yeah, not many choices in this area. Unfortunately.But we went elsewhere and found SUPERIOR customer service and exactly what my son wanted. It was worth it.Celebrity Bridal and Formal is for the wannabes. Or the has beens.

I absolutely loved this shop! I had a terrible time at one of the big-box chain stores and chose to visit Celebrity to see what kind of selection a smaller dress shop would have, and I was blown away! The building may be small, but they had so many beautiful wedding gowns that I struggled to pick which one was my top favorite of them all. Id also like to make a special shout-out to the in-store seamstress who was able to make all of my alterations happen in a very short time frame so that I would be ready for my wedding! Service was great. The tuxedo was perfect and it was easy to pick up and return.

I came here for a suit rental for a holiday party. Found a suit I liked and they took my measurements. When I came to pick it up, the suit was in great condition, but the shoes I ordered were the wrong color (I asked for brown and they were black). Not a huge deal and the girl offered to call her boss to order the right color. But since this was the day of my event, it didnt matter because I couldnt wait. When I returned the suit the following day, I mentioned the shoes issue as the only problem. She just smiled and said ok. In my view, they were not interested in making it right given that opportunity. My fiance was also with me and she asked to see some wedding dresses. They showed her some off the rack dresses and then some customizable ones. The dresses were dated, dirty, and didnt present well. Its understood the actual dress would be nice, but the showroom dresses should look nice as well. They also did not offer to set up an appointment for my fiance. Overall, the place was ok, but lacked good customer service. Probably wouldnt use them again.

The staff at Celebrity Bridal made my wedding planning experience wonderful! I did not buy my wedding gown here, but all my bridesmaids did. The lady that helped our party was young and trendy, so she understood the vision I was trying to achieve for my girls. I also give this place 5 stars because of Kate. The weeks before my wedding was VERY stressful and nothing was going as planned! My alterations for my wedding gown was ridiculously priced by a shop in Richmond. I called Kate and she told me that her alteration lady was available and reasonably priced. After getting my gown back it was sort of wrinkled, so Kate helped me with that too. Lastly, the day before my wedding my brouche on my duster/birdcage was not working. I called Kate in tears and she told me to come in and she’d help! She did a wonderful job on my veil and helped me pick out a new brouche as well! I cannot say enough kind words about this place!

I was excited when I called the day before I knew I was going to be in Chester to get an appointment. Upon my arrival I was greatest very friendly. For the facility I was amazed at the stock of bridal gowns. Those were the pros. I was directed upstairs and told to look around and pick out all or any I liked and they would pull them into the dressing room. After I made my selections no one ever came up to help me. I waited an additional 20 minutes and started pulling them into the dressing room myself with my 11 year old daughter. GRANTED I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS! After another 12 minutes I was approached and was asked do you need help flipping and zipping or just zipping. I nicely said just zipping. Out of all 8 dresses I picked out I had no help except my 11 year old daughter I fell in love with one of them but I had to yet wait again like 30 more minutes after I was done to even get a price and I didnt even know what size to get she assumed an 8 which Id prefer to be a smidgen bigger then too small and the 8 was a little big after that I asked how long would it take if I ordered my dress today and I never got a response. This was the worst experience ever. I left in tears because this was suppose to be exciting. It wasnt! No help with anything. I was too upset to even speak. My MIL was with me and she was discussed as well. Its not the fact I had no help getting the dresses into the dressing room but zipping or tieing or buttoning them would of been nice! That way I could of seen the full affect of the dress and also having someone using the clamps to tighten the dress on me I had none of that. I will never consider going there again not even for the groom and his groomsmen.

Recommend/order incorrect dress size (I have in writing). I found the dress chart on-line and realized the mistake. Owner wouldn’t admit mistake, was rude, insulted me and ask me to leave the store when questioned. I was respectful! Insisted I tried a size 8 in store,which is a lie. I haven’t had a 27 inch waist since high school.

They were awesome! And I found my dream dress!!!

When I was asked to be a part of my cousins wedding, I was torn between a chain type bridal shop and a local one for my tux rental. I stopped in Celebrity since they are so close by, and they were able to take me in right away. They made my problems their problems, got me sized, found my wedding party, tux style, and got me all squared away on the spot. I even told them the wrong wedding date (typical me) on accident and they were able to make the adjustments necessary on short notice to get me the tux I had ordered on time. A+ customer service. I received many compliments on my tux, as some said mine fit me better than the grooms tux fit him! Guess he should of went to Celebrity too! Nice to know that there are still locally owned businesses that are making our community here in Chester a unique and nice place to live & shop. Highly recommend!

I came in days before my prom & she handled my dress perfectly. Very professional & extremely sweet!

We made a group order of tuxedos for an event and all of them had to be sent back. Jackets either too long or too short. Pants were either way too big or way too small. Clearly this was an error made by the young lady who did the measuring. She never made any effort to apologize and was very nonchalant at pickup as if our time was not valuable when this place is at least a 30 minute drive each way for all of the group members. From my understanding this is the second year in a row with the exact same issues. Maybe they are better at weddings and proms but I personally will never use their services again.

The woman who measured me for a tux was very helpful and had me in and out quickly.

I dont typically wear a suit so when i went looking for one ... I ened up here (close to home.) The staff was friendly and finding a suit to rent was a breeze. I wish they had asked me more questions about the afair i was going to and the time so i would know whats best to wear but goggle helped there. 6pm weeding btw. I picked out a gray 3 piece suit because a friend told me that is whats (IN). The suit came on time no problems, I also ordered it three weeks before the weeding. I picked up and tried it on a (wed) . the coat was to snug and the shoes to big. We sent them back and on (thur) they came in for me to try on and pick up! Again the staff was friendly and eager to help.So (sat) is the weeding....I put on my suit and realize there is no belt loops... But a clip on ither side of the pants to pull the waist in or let it out ... That took about ten mins to figure out how to use because i was not shown how to but other than than that i looked very sharp.I recived compliment after compliment on my attire all evening from various family and friends . ( who have never seen me dressed up.)I felt like a million bucks and my wife couldnt stop putting her hands on me and staring into my eyes!Thank you Celebrity Bridal for making me feel and look good 👍My sisters weeding went on with out a hitch.Besides us locking our keyes in the car but thats aanothr story.Thanks again andI will recommend you,Richard Jones
