I contacted multiple surveyors who stated they would come out fast and offered an affordable price & they never showed. Harvey & Parks was the ONLY company who showed so for that im giving 5**** stars!! They quoted me the exact amount over the phone & stated someone would come within the next week, but somehow they came THE NEXT DAY!!! Received a plat and fence proposal for my HOA. The guys who came out explained everything to me & everything clearly marked. Would def recommend to anyone needing a survey done on there home or for HOA purposes.

I retained Parks Surveying via phone to provide me with a plat of our property lines. They came out when they said they would (we didnt have to be there), and both my new plat and bill came via email. I was also provided with a hard copy of the plat via USPS. I was able to pay almost instantly from my emailed invoice. The whole process couldnt have been any easier or more professional. Thank you!

Make sure to get a written quote on the work that is to be done and the price you have to pay. When I got the invoice it was not what I had asked for and the price was much more than I agreed upon. I had put this out on Angies list and had several responses, none were higher than $350. Harvey tried to state they quoted me $375 to $425, which I know was wrong because I would have went with one of the cheaper surveyors. Also, when I received the invoice they said I was already past due. This was my error for not getting the information in writing. Lesson learned.
