I go here twice a week the entire staff- especially the two ladies during the morning and the day - are always so welcoming and give great customer service. I always have like 10 returns and the lady with the black hair is always so kind as is all the staff. Thanks guys for making my errands so quick and convenient!!πŸ™‚πŸ‘πŸ½

Had a PC shipped from here and when it arrived the box appeared to have been punctured multiple times and damaged the PC. After talking to customer service they passed it on to the store who then passed the blame on the shipper because they didnt pack it. No different manner of packing would have stopped this kind of damage and sounds like they dont want to take responsibility. Recommend using another service.

Great experience! Had to buy stamps, send some regular mail, get something notarized, and send a fax. The experience here saved me from having to go to post office. They had beautiful selections for books of stamps. Lilandra Marquez was the best customer service rep. She needs to be recognized for GREAT service. I will definitely be coming back to this store! Great job!

Employee was super efficient however, I bought a box on Tuesday 12/15 and ended up not needing it. (The box never left my car)I came back Thursday 12/17 to return it because it was 6$ and needed that money back if I wasn’t going to use the box. I stand in line with my 1 year old for a good 15-20 min, when I get up to the desk she tells me I can’t return it and they don’t take boxes back because of the Pandemic.. I said β€œif I knew you didn’t take boxes back I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place.” The employee just stares at me, and said nothing. 😐 maybe inform your customers that you don’t take returns. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

I really appreciate the manager always acknowledging anyone as they walk through the door. This small act goes a long way, as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. I have utilized the fingerprinting services for taking the NCLEX and shipped returns from here. The store is clean, efficient and organized. I wish there was a way for them to offer printing via a quick email to a centralized address, like neighboring businesses do.

Came in to this UPS store to get fingerprints done for my new job, and the girl was absolutely 0 help. She gave me an attitude when I was struggling to get my prints to register. When it took me 4 tries to get the prints to get the prints to register, she said maam you dont have to get irritated with me! Umm.... 1. That comment wasnt necessary, 2. Its not you Im irritated with its the fingerprint system that youre giving me no help with. Long story short, go to fed ex, or somewhere else. Very rude!

This is my go to UPS! I love online shopping which means I have plenty of returns. Lol. Im there at least once a month. Toni and her team are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and help me to get in and out of there quickly. I highly recommend using this particular location!

This UPS store location has always provided five-star customer service for my accounting firm. Tammy, Toni, and Cassie are always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made setting up mailbox services and having my business cards and brochures printed a quick and easy process. Whenever I need mailing or printing services this is my go-to.

They forgot to fax one of the pages I asked them to fax, which wasnt even that big of an inconvenience. But then when I got there, I explained the situation and the manager (who was not wearing a mask despite Virginia executive order) was rude with me and suggested I had been at a different store at a different time because the gentleman I indicated had helped me didnt recognize me and hadnt come in until 11, while their fax machine is off by an hour and therefore my receipt said I had come in at 10:20. They didnt charge me for the second fax, but she was needlessly confrontational. Once I got home, I realized that her fax machine was off by an hour so I called their store to let them know the source of the misunderstanding. This would have been a great opportunity to apologise, but instead she insisted that since the gentleman didnt recognize me it must have been a different day. I also told her she should be wearing a mask, to which she repeatedly told me we all have masks on, we all have masks on, we all have masks on. I am twnty four years old, I am not a senile old woman, I know where and when Ive been today and with whom Ive interacted, and I saw her face, she was not wearing a mask. If you can help it, go to a different UPS store, because if you go to this one, they might argue with you about basic facts of reality.

I think it’s completely irrational and ridiculous to be a shipping store that doesn’t have a more accessible way to print labels then making a customer log into a computer Pay two dollars . It makes it not only harder but it’s also unsafe because now with the coronavirus I’m having to touch something that’s frequently used by everyone the system should be stopped immediately.

I had boxed returns to send back to a vendor. The instructions from the vendor was to take the boxes to the ups store and they will scan the barcode and ship it back for me. I went to the store, and the cashier asked if the boxes had barcodes on them. I said no. She asked if I had the barcodes with me. I said on my phone and I pulled up the barcodes for her. While I was doing that. She asked everyone else in the store what their transaction was. I showed her my barcode and she said I had to print all my barcodes. I said that the instructions were for them to scan the codes. She said I had to use the computer, itll cost a few dollars. I picked up my boxes and said when ups picked up my items, they had the labels printed for me. She said I had to print the labels from a computer. As Im walking out the door, I kept repeating that the instructions say they just scan the barcode and that ups drivers would have the label printed for me. She kept arguing with me. She was more concerned with helping everyone else, rushing me aside, rather than giving me her full undivided attention and giving me the help I deserve as a customer.

Horrible experience I was the first one in line this morning and he couldnt print my shipping label said I had to use the computer I sit there for 20 minutes while he waited on everyone else in the store and never cut the computer on for me.l walked out poor customer service.
