Great store selling a variety of causal, outerwear, and comfortable clothing for the whole family. Very good lounge-wear and accessorizes . Service was excellent. I wish I had the name of the gentleman that served me, he was helpful and great. They did have some bargains for 60% off. Located in the Tangers outlet mall Cookstown

I thought the deals would have been WAY better, but instead were very similar or even more than what I typically pay online. I liked the selection for the most part, but sizing is very limited (esp for the size 10/12 ladies) so its hard to find anything to even buy unless youre a very tiny size. I really just thought there would have been good deals, like most outlet stores. I was wrong.

I had gift cards to use so made the drive to this location. Had been at the Upper Canada Mall location and the customer service was terrible. This location was so much better. The staff was friendly and I left the store with a bag full of clothes.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I am usually a size 4, but had to buy size 14. A lot of their shirts are see through. They had shorts in the 70% off section, but they were actually full priced. They got mad that I took so long to try on clothing. Would you not like me to buy it? There is very little difference between a size XS and a size XL. I could basically buy both and they’d fit the same. At the cash I asked how much something was priced, and they got mad. If you don’t want me to ask then you should actually put prices on your clothing and not leave us wondering. All of their clothing is outdated. It was extremely hard to find new fashions, because it was all just last years models that didn’t sell. They don’t sell many regular hoodies, mostly just hoodless ones. Do you want me head to be cold? Most of the clothing on their shelves was wrinkly and unfolded.
