Drew helped me look for a new bed. It was a great experience. No pressured sales. He just answered questions and explained the differences between the beds. Took me 3 different visits to finally settle on one and neither of the first 2 times was I ever pushed to make a purchase. Delivery was quick and simple with my new bed delivered the same day I requested. Would definitely purchase another bed from there.

We asked to see differences in mattress sizes and Brian helped, walking us to a few different size mattresses laying next to one another. We said thank you and were on our way out. Brian said thank you for coming in.Before leaving we decided to lay down on a mattress to see how it felt. It was great. Before we knew it we purchased two mattresses at great prices that came with free pillows and mattress protectors. Never were we pressured to buy. Never did we feel uncomfortable.Brian was very helpful answering all our questions...and we had many. He even made a request for a different set of pillows work with the sale. Stopped in to inquire about a new box spring. We were assisted by Brian and were so impressed we returned a few days later to not only get a box spring, but a mattress, and two pillows. My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and decided to give this a try. We were greeted by a younger associate who was helpful but not very knowledgable (I believe she was new). After other customers left another associate came over to assist also. This is where experience went downhill. This associate was very confrontational with my wife and made comments such as, youve played in so many mattress youre probably just confused. They had some decent products but we did not buy nor will we return.

Was delivered a faulty motion bed frame and now they won’t answer my phone call. Will dispute the charges with my credit card company

Brian showed us the spectrum of options. We did not purchase that day but found the mattress we wanted. In doing our home work we found it slightly cheaper on line, but we were pleased when Brian matched the lower price. It was a no pressure pleasant buying experience.

Met Brian tonight. Very helpful and no pressure at all. The pillows were a surprise - very comfortable. There was a huge variety of beds and he really knew his stuff. Some beds have 36 months no Interest...Heavily considering a mattress and if we do it will be at this location.

Our first experience there was several years ago when we were looking for a mattress for a guest bedroom. We later found out that the person we were working with was Pat, the owner. We have been back numerous times and were back again today to purchase our 6th mattress from them. Brian, the manager at Chesterfield, is always helpful and we do not feel like we are pressured into purchasing anything. He takes the time to listen to what we are looking for in a mattress and points us in the right direction without trying to oversell us. We have recommended them to several friends and family members.

I wasnt very happy with my purchase and then they messed up and couldnt deliver the mattress due to a mislabeled box. Which caused me to miss a day of work and they didnt offer to compensate me.
