Anytime I visit this location the coffee tastes better than the other locations. The staff is friendly and I love the personal touch they have at this location. Also, thanks for having the vegan bragel!!

I love Biggby but lately they have been letting me down. They haven’t had eggs for a week and this morning my husband went to get us some breakfast and they were STILL out of eggs! And also out of pumpkin, waffles, and apple cider. I put up with the drive through being so slow because I love whatever I get but lately I haven’t been able to get what I order at all.

We waited in the drive-thru line for awhile. We ordered the Caramel Marvel Iced. They were good. I don’t know if the coffee was worth the 15 minute wait in the drive-thru line but it’s better than Starbucks.

A cinn-ful latte and Asiago bagel while watching the Midwest ocean cant be beat. Their food is absolutely delicious and their coffee even better!

In Chesterton, the only Starbucks is in the Jewel grocery. So Biggby coffee east of the toll road junction and SR 49 is convenient and easy access. While their drinks are mixed differently, they are great and dont take a back seat to Starbucks. The staff is kind and helpful, the place is clean and neat. It is behind AJ pizza. Worth giving them a try, dont think you will be disappointed. If this helps, please check like below.

I didnt like the latte due to the fact that I paid for a large but it seems that I got a small because it was barely half full. Thats why they are only getting 3 starts but I everything bahel sandwich was awesome.

I love getting coffee here! They have such fun creative drinks not the same thing over and over again. Service is always super great! Employees are genuinely happy to be there and kind and never condescending unlike other coffee chains.

$7 for a coffee, In middle American.not sustainable .$6.50 for 24oz hazelnut latte but it cost $0.75 to make it iced. They nickel and dime you your every decision you make..I wanted something similar to compare to what I normally get at Starbucks. Cost me $5.25 extra shot and flavored at Starbucks.Here it was over $8I cancelled that and asked what is good and worth the biggby price. The kid correctly replyed. NothingI might have given one star but unfortunately I didnt get to try the coffee so I feel that would be un-fair .Finally the Restroom where far too messy for that early in the morning.

I got the firefly frappe. It was really good! I always try to find a local business, which we dont have this in central indiana.

This is a new store opening and we got coupons in the mail so who doesnt like to try out a new place with coupons. I sure do! The coffee is amazing, so many choices. My husbands diabetic and they have three sugar-free flavors you can use, which was great. Ill be back for sure.

Love this place! Yeah Starbucks is good, but sometimes I think Bigggby is way better, service, etc. Definitely love the variety. Fan for life now! Thank you Biggby yall are awesome!So Yes I did make this comment or review above, but now Im not too sure because of the simple fact that I was curious one day and took one of Biggbys 20 ounce plastic cups and really wanted to see if it was actually 20 ounces at that line. And guess what people its most definitely not!!!! To say it the whole cup is actually the entire unopened 16.9 ounce water bottle. It just makes me wonder of all the money wasted for product I never received or times I have door dashed and my order be messed up, luckily they give you a credit. I need to speak with corporate it seems! I have made videos of me actually doing the test, with unopened bottle of water and their 20 ounce plastic cup from BIGGBY.

I enjoy Biggby. The people are always pleasant, and I have never had an issue with my order. I love going as a treat after a day of working at the theater.

Went to this Biggby to try something other than Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. Heard great things about this place and the great product (coffee) they have and needless to say they delivered on both. Was in and out within a few minutes and ordered an iced latte aka: nutty buddy latte and it was delicious. Definitely will be back and and now have a new favorite drink outside of my regular hot coffee!

The service is way too slow. It took me 16 minutes to get a cup of black coffee in the drive-through with just 3 cars ahead of me. Service needs to be addressed, it would have been faster to drive to Starbucks and back.

Ordered a honey cinnamon latte with 2% milk.Very tasty hot and fresh. Attractive pleasant atmosphere, workers were friendly my latte tasted amazing! I recommend Biggby Coffee.

The lobby was closed so they could keep there staff and customers safe, I appreciated that the drive thru was open and the product was great.

Stopped here on my way through the national paek. Staff was friendly and polite but the coffee was not particularly good. I got the standard black coffee as I always do to see how the simple drip coffee is done. Very bitter, not a ton of good flavor.

Stellar coffee and Stellar people. Go on Monday or Friday, currently the two days they have their Michigan Cherry coffee on brew. If you like cherry 🍒 you will love this coffee.

Went in on Veterans Day and was asked if I was a Vet and I said yes. Went to pay for my Coffee and bagel and found out they gave it to me for free to thank me for my service. Love the coffee selections here. They usually have 5 or 6 different blends available. They also make great specialty coffees. The specialty coffees are pretty pricey, but a regular cup is just $2.

Coffee was good. Personable Batistas. But I dont want to watch extreme sports or any TV for that matter while drinking coffee. But thats me. 🤷‍♀️

Staff here is always very nice and offer great service. Coffee is great along with their espresso drinks. Bagels are solid as well.

I love this place! I am here every day, even twice sometimes! Best part is they have a reward card so I get the 12th beverage for free and that just makes my day! (If the staff doesnt already!)

I really wish they would open closer to Chicago!!! They are a billion times better than Starbucks and Dunkin’ and they are so incredibly friendly and helpful! I come up with all kinds of excuses to drive towards one and mind you the closest is an hour away. It’s SO WORTH the drive! Hands down the best coffee in the entire world!

Although this biggby and its staff are new, I absolutely love coming here! The manager is always super friendly and when there are issues they go above and beyond to solve them. Both times Ive had an issue they have either increased my drink size for free or given me a coupon for a free drink. New businesses always have their issues getting started, but they do a great job of making the customer happy! I will definitely keep going back!

Ive been here two times... & each time, I was very satisfied with the service... Everyone sho works there is very friendly & pleasant 💓 I got the mocha mocha freeze. Its definitely the best frappe I have ever had 😍 Their muffins & big chocolate chip cookies are also very tasty!

Everyone was so nice! My chai latte was the best I have ever had. They had taster cups for those of us waiting and they said they just opened a week ago. Very excited to have a new friendly business in our small town and right next to the toll road!

I ordered a vanilla bean and it was off tasting. I think it was a bit bitter and the vanilla reminded me ofl vanilla ice cream. Drive through was way too slow to keep up at a non busy 9:30 am push

The espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches are really good. Employees are friendly. I usually order the #2, which is Turkey and havarti and cream cheese on a bagel with either a mocha or the earl grey iced latte. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is their service time needs a bit of improvement. There have been times where I place my order 10 minutes before Im due at work (my office is next door) and Ive been 5 minutes late. (There was only one vehicle ahead of me in line). But its a new location with presumably new staff, so hopefully that issue resolves its self. Id say give this place a try, but give yourself a few extra minutes just in case. :-)

I received some coupons in the mail. I thought it would be a reasonably good deal; so, I went through the drive-up. Two cars were ahead of me and I sat in line for 15 minutes. This is totally unacceptable. I never got a chance to try the coffee because I left. Sorry Bigby, you wont be getting any of my business!
