I had a large scuff on the door of my car and stopped in to see what it would take to fix it. The staff greeted me kindly and looked at my car immediately. They buffed and sanded the scuff out to perfection and for a price that could not be beat!

Caliber was professional and prompt during the entire claims process. My vehicle went to Caliber for hail damage repair, and came back free from all dents! They told me they may have the vehicle for up to 3 weeks and were finished in 5 business days. I highly recommend Caliber if your vehicle is damaged by hail.

On May 4, 2021 I came in to get an estimate for my car. Upon my arrival I was greeted rudely. The employee named Jesse was not friendly at all. He asked me what services did I come here for while he looked for my claim. I told him I needed an estimate for hail damage and touch up paint on my car. He said well I found your claim and it does not state that on here. I said I talked to my insurance company before coming here and they are aware I need both. He said, well it doesn’t say that and proceeded to yell at me that my claim is not correct. I needed to file another claim. I was irritated by his behavior. I asked him can you do my estimate my insurance company is the one who referred me to you. While things did not get any better with time this employee continued to be very rude and disrespectful. I took him to see my car and he asked what are we doing again? Needless, to say he had the paper work in his hand. I had to remind him of my request. All he did the whole time he looked at my car was complain. He than took my car to be looked at further. This employee ( Jesse) returned my car and keys. I asked him if I can get a copy of my estimate. He said no you can not . I have things I want write and it will be sent to your insurance. Lastly, when I got in my car I noticed he had the driver seat all the way up where I had a hard time adjusting the seat.This was a very childish thing for this employee to do . I left very, very, very furious. I am uncertain what the Intentions of this employee was because the insurance company is not my daddy and I decided who I get use to fix my car. Anyway, I have contacted my insurance company and let them know of my horrible experience and asked them to look into this matter. Also, that this referral by them was not as it was said to be.

Well the person was very friendly and keep me informed on everything he is doing. Whenever theres a question he is always ready to give me an answer. I am so happy I use them for my car repair.

Back in Feb. of 2021 my truck was backed into and the front of my truck was damaged. Once the insurance came threw I took my truck into Caliber Collision to get an estimate for the repairs, and from there I was going to go take the truck to my normal shop. But the service I received at Caliber was great, so I chose to get the repairs done there. I am happy that I did this because I learned that Caliber is a great place to get your repairs done! My trucks bumper looks amazing, and the staff was wonderful. They sent me text messages with updates and got the repairs done sooner than I had expected! I would highly recommend getting your repairs completed here!

Accident in parking lot. Sent here by insurance. Told soonest I can get estimate late September and after parts ordered 4/6 weeks after that date. One of only 2 collision repair places my insurance deals with in ALL of Wyoming.Filed complaints with my insurance. Ridiculous delay.

They were all-around amazing. Work looks great, car looks better than when I bought it. They cleaned it, vacuumed it, waxed, everything. I even had a headlight issue they fixed for me while my bumper was off for much cheaper than a separate repair would have cost. Completely pleased to refer them to anyone for great work and service.

Not a good experience. Had to go there through my insurance. I always gotten an estimate before I left any other appt at other companies. Was told it would be emailed within the hour. Didnt happen. Was then told it would be ready by the end of the day. Didnt happen. Called back a couple days later and was told It will be ready when it is ready. I went to Lennox. They always take care of me.

They have flawless service. They are on time and will give you each update. They will try to you help any possible way.

My car had slid and caused quite some damage to the front right of my car and I had to get it towed. I sent it to Hyundai who quoted me about $5k for my car damage and my insurance suggested and got my car towed to Caliber. They fixed it for about 1/5 the price Hyundai quoted and everyone there was very patient with me explaining what was the cost for each damaged item and why it was being replaced. I appreciated the calls and text when anything was being updated or changed with my car!

Very happy with overall repair and communications

Repair work was completed when promised. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve had repaired as an insurance claim and every time the results have been as expected.

Quick response time to call about scheduling an estimate. However, they say 2 months before I can get an estimate. Maybe they should hire more people to fulfill the needs of potential customers. They lost what could have been a very profitable claim.

I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. They are all super friendly one of the best customer service I have experience.

I want to start off by saying I had a recent freak accident with my Brand new Ram 2500 with only 3,000 miles and was very upset. I ran around town and talked to multiple shops to get a damage estimate 4 in total, with Caliber being my last stop as I made my way around town before I went out of state.The 3 other shops I will not mention gave me the impression it wasn’t worth their time. And in the days to come never heard back from from the 3. I normally don’t ever do reviews but this experience I felt compelled to share with the world. As I stated Caliber Collision was my last stop. I pulled into Caliber walked in and met with Adam and was greeted instantly. I was at a loss of words since the other shops previously had given me the silent treatment until they felt ready. I briefly spoke with Adam and discussed my situation without hesitation he quickly showed sincere concern for my vehicle grabbed a camera and said let’s go have a look. We got to my truck and with the undamaged side showing he complemented my vehicle numerous times, It eased my mind that I was in the right place. We spoke about what to expect going forward, how it would be repaired, what kind of time line they would need to repair, as well a a set date they would be able to start. I dropped my vehicle off on the agreed date after hours. I believe the next day Adam called and said we got your truck in the shop and are starting it now and everything is going well. What impressed me about Adam and Caliber Collision is I was informed of the entire process and progress that was happening to my truck. The service was exceptional, I felt like my vehicle was treated as if it was his personal vehicle. The most amazing part was it was finished way earlier then expected. It looked exactly like the brand new truck it is. My family members were even impressed and surprised I had my truck back that fast, so fast I wasn’t even in town because I didn’t expect it for a few more days and Adam personally delivered my truck to my own home. I have Allstate and they are one of two shops approved by them. Made an appointment in the middle of February and they couldnt get me in for an estimate until end of March which is absolutely ridiculous.I went to Tyrell collision called them Tuesday morning and had it in for an estimate that afternoon. They have already ordered the necessary parts.Have to say I cant recommend Caliber.

After an unexpected accident on Dell Range Blvd; I didnt know who in town to have my vehicle towed to for repair since there was a lot of options. Caliber kept me informed through out the time my truck was in the shop. They even talked with me about my options for replacing my aftermarket parts and when I showed up during the repair to check in they took me into the bay and talked me through what they were doing. Im pretty grateful for the team that worked on my truck and she looks go good as new.

Came in after hail storms and initial estimate from insurance. They called insurance company got insurance adjuster out there quick after I dropped car off. They gave me an estimated completion date, set me up with text alerts(somewhat quirky), and informed me every step of the way. They missed a few spots with paint but quickly corrected them while I was still there picking up my vehicle. A+ service, will definitely look to them for any body work or paint needs in future.

Stopped by with no appointment because my front bumper had gotten undercarriage thing was taken off and dragging from very deep Cheyenne city snow.Anyway, I’m trying to sell my car and have no desire for major repairs - only wanted to check what my options were or schedule an appointment - was so impressed when Caliber employee offered to take car back then and take a look to see what he could do. He pushed up my bumper under carriage thing for no charge as best he could.Really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, fairness, and efficiency. Not something you can say about most auto places. Even secretary was efficient and committed to her job. Will come back for sure when I (eventually) get a different car!

Stopped to see if they could fix a clicking noise on my door today. They found the cause of the problem and promptly fixed it. I was out the door and taken care of in minutes by friendly staff and since it was a quick fix, they didnt charge me a dime!!! My experience with Lewis Auto body could be 6 stars if possible. They fought for me with at fault Insurance Company and my car was restored to its pristine condition. This is the Best Auto body shop in Town.

I had the wind blow the door out of my hands. It messed up the alignment and my driver door would no longer close all the way. I gave them a call and with in a minute of me arriving they had my car in the shop and fixed within the next 5 minutes. They were even nice enough to do it free of charge. I will not hesitate to go back to them the next time I need a body shop.

On the recommendation of a friend, I took my new Toyota Tacoma truck for repairs to a damaged fender, bumper, rear right panel and truck bed, and right tail light. Lewis Auto Body handled the inevitable insurance adjusters push back when presented with the intended repairs. Lewis Auto Body insisted on performing a thorough and like new repair, which was marginally more than my insurer thought was necessary. Although this took some time to resolve, Lewis Auto Body did a spectacular job returning my truck to its pristine condition, including matching a difficult silver/gray fleck color. Lewis Auto Body also insisted on performing additional work to ensure the trucks bed and front alignment were sound and that any latent conditions from the fender collision were addressed. There is no better shop in Cheyenne as far as I am concerned.

We brought our vehicle here because they were the first people to answer our call and respond out of the other people we contacted. We brought our Ford F-150 in and they were friendly and efficient with keeping us updated on the vehicle. When the fixes were completed is were I ran into a small bump. I was not knowledgeable on how insurance agencies dictate what is fixed-not asking for brand new here but you want the vehicle back to what it was prior to an accident. So when our vehicle was first completed we were shown the areas and I wasn’t happy but accepted the vehicle..upon our review we expressed our concerns and we received a phone call after. They asked for us to bring the truck back so that we can show our concerns of what we thought should’ve been fixed. Turns out there was compound left on the vehicle and we asked for touch up to be applied and we received a full education on Our concerns. Because of the education and clearing up the questions we had and going beyond what the insurance company allowed them to fix, we feel much happier with our vehicle despite it still showing scratches(not callibers fault). We would go back with any future vehicles here!

My daughter and I were traveling across country and had an accident in Cheyenne. Lewis autobody was recommended by the tow company Big Als towing. We originally planned to have the car fixed there and return to pick it up but decided to ship the car home. Lewis Autobody would not send the documents to the insurance company, refused to release the car, charged $1500 for storage and for providing an estimate, and were rude to everyone. I had to hire an attorney to get this resolved.A good example of their incompetence is that the co-owner Duwayne Jr said he couldnt send an email and talk on the phone at the same time because he can only do one thing at a time. Hopefully hes not chewing gum while trying to repair a car--that would be s disaster for sure.Do NOT use this company.

The body work was good but they replaced a mirror and now my heated mirrors dont work they pinched my windshield washer hose so they dont work just pisses on the ground and a piece of rubber molding on the hood flew off driving down the highway
