Several yrs ago I was in a bind with my car, I was a broke single mom, took it to 3 mechanics, no one said the same thing, one even took what looked like a tire iron to the rotors and told me they couldnt be resurfaced Had to be replaced. Called Break Stop told him my story, he got my car in immediately, agreed someone deliberately tampered with the rotors but can be resurfaced, diagnosed the original problem, car was fixed in a few hours. And the Kindness and empathy he extended to me that day beyond fixing my car, made a lasting impression. I can name a dozen friends/family that now go to him originally because of hearing how he handled my situation, and all these years later still do because of his Sincere, genuine honesty and solid work. when we say support local business, this man is the epitome of what that means. He has been nothing but honest and kind all these years.

Ended up with a rattle in my front end after getting my brakes done at brakes plus. Took my car back in and the tech, after driving it, tried telling me it was my struts. I knew it wasnt, that rattle was not there before.Went to the Brake Stop and he got my car right in, test drove it found out that the rattle was because my car did not get put back together! It was two small rubber bushings that cost 15.00 to fix. Definitely worth not hearing that noise!! Would recommend the Brake Stop to anyone needing new brakes and great customer service!!Everyone, dont let any dealership or car service company try to tell you its something major before getting a second opinion!! That only benefits them and you may out hundreds if not thousands by them fixing something that was not needed. (All dealerships will do this as the service teams gets commission)

Great prices, great service, quality and their ceramic brakes and ditties are some of the best quality around! Very happy with their service. When my brakes started stuttering when braking, I brought my van there and they told me the cause and gave me an estimate and statement as to why it happened for the company that ruined my brakes. I will be bringing my van to them to redo my brakes as soon as I get the money from the other places insurance.

Best and honest place I have ever been. They are quick and get it done nor did they try to lie to me. They didnt even charge me extra. They did the alignment perfect which took extra work I know because I looked at the parts I needed to change. MILITARY PLEASE GO HERE. Ive been to other places attached to auto parts stores. They are crooks. The guy is friendly and gave me a military discount. He told me the truth I did it my vehicle is perfect. If only everyone was this honest. I even tried to tip him for the extra hours they said no. I wont ever go else where for alignment down.

After going to 2 different places. And being told that to fix the shaking in my car and a tie rod and wheel bearing it would be from 1500-2000$I came in here for a third opinion. Owner is amazing and friendly. Very understanding and nice.Told me it would only be 720$ to fix it.Life saver. Let me tell you. Took my car here to get the front and rear brakes done. The owner gave me a fair price plus gave me a discount because the job took a little longer than expected. Nice guy who cares about his work. Wayne is extremely nice, honest and reasonable. I received a quote from a more well known brake service here in town. I took it here for a second opinion and I was given a quote for the full fix which was a lot less than the first place. He also gave me a second quote for a cheaper temporary fix as he understands some people are on budgets. You wont get that at other places. I highly recommend this place!
