Good place to buy a car for sure

I had an insurance claim to replace my front-end, side quarter panel and headlights. The body work was ok, but as far as the replacing my fog and headlights I cant tell because they still dont work. The owner claimed that he put a $646 headight on my vehicle when I ask for an invoice and receipts crickets. When I call him theres no answer. Shady business pratice. I will never go to them nor reffered them to anyone PERIOD.
