As for the contact and tow set up went smoothly and professional but as far as the driver that showed up… very unprofessional.. constantly complaining and advising he’s not paid enough to to this.. quite lazy if you ask me.. and I work for an insurance company that uses this company to pick up cars on a daily basis

I sold my junk car. The process was easy. I spoke with a Cash for Car representative. He gave me a quote over the phone. I scheduled a pick up the next day. Tow truck driver picked up the car and gave me a check for the amount. They even walked me through the process for DMV.

Well the online and scheduling was fine . The issue I had was with the tow drivers. I missed his call because I was outside cleaning the vehicle of personal belongings. When I called him back he acted like he wasnt the driver. He told me I need to reschedule because I didnt answer the phone 30 minutes ago. I had a window of 8am-12 noon. He called at 9am. So I reschedule for the following Thursday. I received a call on Wednesday saying they can pick up my truck . I told him I didnt schedule it Wednesday, I scheduled it Thursday. He said he can be at my house in 30 minutes, I said ok. 45 minutes went by..he didnt show up. I called him back, this driver said he had to get his oil changed sorry but he can get here around 5pm...it was 11am. I told him no way. Where do they find these drivers from.. The 3rd final driver did ok he called and arrived when he said he would.

The quote was made pretty fast. Rescheduled the pick up time several time due to their lot was backed up. After two weeks, the bike was finally picked up and got the check immediately.

They were great cotacted me regurlarly, and price was great ty.

Over all it was a good experience . Few hiccups in transaction an set times. Offered me more than other local junkyards

I called around to about 15 places. They offered me the most money. The process was extremely smooth and everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend!!

Very unprofessional. Did quotes online with vin and offered me 350.00 than I call them they only want to give me $175.00. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with them telling me that they couldnt find that quote. Then when they did they still offer only 300.00. waited for the tow guy on the phone only to be transferred to someone else to ask me the same questions. Maybe the staff should be trained to all be on the same page. Thanks for nothing guys

Spent 15 on hold 15 on phone giving all needed info. Then they tell me they no longer pick up in my area. They are only 3 miles away.
