Ive gone here ever since Ive been a homeowner...Ive never had to go back because something wasnt done right...their service has been reliable.That being said, a little patience and understanding goes a long way ( parts may be hard to find depending on the age of the equipment...) - I get it if you live in an area where Code Enforcement rides around looking for non compliant residents, just have a backup plan rather than rushing the business. They are professional. 👍🏾

In shop since July 2020. Now October. Still no mower. Been waiting on Snapper parts for 2 .5 months. Supposedly cant get parts from Snapper.

Omg what a joke of a business!! Not only are they rude, incompetent, over price, I brought my 2 hedge trimmers in for repair not only did I pay a huge amount but took home and they didnt start !! Brought back and they tried to charge me for additional repairs after I just paid and never used because they didnt fix !! If anyone bring their equipment here be warned !! They have no clue how to run a business

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE, HAD MY TRIMMER FOR A YEAR YES A YEAR NO UPDATES NO NOTHING THEN WHEN I GO IN THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND CLAIMING THEY CANT GET THE PARTS. THEY’VE HAD A YEAR TO GET PARTS. JUST TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND A SORRY WE CANT FIX IT. YOU BEEN WARNED GO ELSE WHERE

This place is the worst as I brought in 2 mowers, Toro & Lawn boy in for repair in April 2019 & was notified that mowers were repaired in the beginng of May 8, 2019. Went into pick up the mowers but only picked up 1 mower as I informed Jim that I would be back the next week for the other. Unfortunately I was not aware that the mower did not work as i arrived to pick up other mower Lawn boy, proceeded to pay and ask Him what repairs was made. He shared what the repairs were. I discovered that this mower was not operable. Jim refunded me the money and I told them to keep the mower. I went home & then discovered the Toro mower that was just supposedly repaired did not work as well. I went to the shop & informed Jim as he asked if I used the mower in which I responded no. He assured me that he will get it looked at but another week had passed, no response and I went to shop as they have not been answering the phone to inquire. Was told that he was having problems with staff & again insured me that he would contact me about mower in which he never did. I arrived again the next week to discover mower still was not repaired & was told that the mower had sand in the engine and something else. Jim said that he would get the repairs taken care and contact me. Around June Jim called me to inform me that thebreosirs wad done and the price. I had no problem with paying for the repairs but not his staff incompetence in which I expressed. He stated that he would pull the invoice and contact me to work something out. It is now July & I have no mower ad I took 2 mowers in for repair in April. The service & responsiveness has been terrible. I have complained with the BBB.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DYSFUNCTIONAL, and INCOMPETENTNOT WHAT THEY USE TO BE... CHARGED $192 TO WRECK LAWNMOWERBrought my lawnmower in for repair in November 2013. The owner Jim, told me he would call in a couple weeks when ready. One month later I called, and they said they wouldnt work on it till spring.In April 2014, Jim finally called me and said it was ready. The mower wouldnt start, so they had to work on it again. Now the mower is worse than before, backfires constantly, and most of the time it wont even start. He even charged me for a new carburetor, and kept the old one in. Check Better Business Bureau and see their poor rating.

Uline fixed my lawnmower and charged me $150 total to give me a basic tune up and fix the self propel part of my lawnmower. Brand new mowers are only $20 more !?!?! The charge TOO much and are not worth it! Month later the self propel quits working... again!Uline tells be to bring it in over the phone... then charges me another $40 !?!?!?STAY AWAY !!!OVER PRICED and only do average work at best !!

I brought my Troybilt mower in to have the drive system looked at. It was there for 2 weeks without even being looked at. They finally looked at it and called me back and said that they couldnt find anything wrong with it after 15 min of running it. I told them when I brought it in that it takes a while for the failure in the drive unit to occur. No mention at all of giving my $40 back or anything.I called Troybilt back and fully recommended that they not be an authorized service for Troybilt any longer.Troybilt recommended that I take my unit to another local repair shop at their expense and the other dealer found the problem - ordered the transmission and fixed it in 3 days.

Head my tractor picked up a month ago The person that picked it up Told me it was going a calls 180 no more than $200 48 tune up in blades They will call me before doing any repairs They never called me My tractor started fine When I finally got in touch with them over $400 in repairs But they were supposed to call me before doing anything My neighbor Took his tractor up there last summer in had the same problems I would never recommend this company to anyone
