I actually look forward to going in here when I have to send a package... Especially if its to someone Special !!!Linda the Manager ...is hands on assisting customers and makes them feel their package is *Important*Jeanette has also helped me in the past. 😁I ALWAYS feel my package is safely on its way to its destination.

Linda and Steven RESCUED me when I was trying to mail an International package ! They gave me planning information, and Steven filled out the customs form and carefully packaged my grandkids gifts. The store is clean and well organized for printing and copying services also. Highly recommend this business, they are hiring too !

Man, this staff is awful. I constantly am in there and the 3 main employees seem to care more about shelf rearrange and less about the customers. The attitude on the workers. Wow. Thats quality service. I loathe my trips there. Walgreens on Vollmer here i came

Rude staff member. I had no way of knowing they closed early since it wasnt listed online and the door had a closing time of 8pm. The guy closing just said abruptly that hes closed and locked the door.

In and out and the woman working made the copies for me.

Im very hit or miss with this place. It seems that whenever I go in on my own and use the rental computers to print my documents, it goes well. Whenever Ive had to ask for assistance behind the front desk, it has been surprisingly disappointing. I needed something printed in landscape and the guy helping me (whose tag said hed been there 11 years) couldnt figure out how to rotate it from portrait in the print menu. All in all, the quality of prints is good - IF you can do it yourself.

Fedex has a fresh, lighted clean store, informed staff, great fast service and great customer service

After having a nightmare experience at office crapo we decided to try fed ex for our needs. Night and day experience from office crapo. The staff was extremely helpful. I came in for a budget banner which would of cost me 30.00 each at office crapo . The lady that helped us with the blond hair was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. I would hire each individual that works there. She got me what I was looking for for 6.00 each total of 12.00 dollars. That location earned by business that day with the people, service, product .I thought Fedex would be more expensive but not so much.Even if it had been more expensive now I would pay it. DO NOT GO TO OFFICE CRAPO. SHOP HERE!!!!!!YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.Former retail manager with 20 plus years experience.

Came in to pick up a package that needed a signature, waited 20 min in line although there were only 3 people in front of me & 2 registers open. Eventually a 3rd employee came up, moved someone from behind me in line to another counter, located my package & put it behind one of the clerks indicating I would need to wait for that clerk to be able to pick up my package. Disgusted.

Although the store is most always short handed it serves its purpose
