I went to sears 7 Sept. to pick up a part that I ordered via Sears parts direct .Your sales person was 15 minutes late, then she counted every penny every nickel every dime,quarter,dollar etc.( taking appr.3 to 4 minutes )making 4 customers wait. A customer wanted a refund and was told that she did not have the money in her register and had to wait until someone bought something . The clerk had counted at least 50 to 100 dollars in her register and refused to refund a 15 dollar item, the customer was told that a check would be mailed out. I and the other customers were very upset and disappointed on the service we received from your clerk . NO MORE SHOPPING AT SEARS I believe that this clerk should take a class on customer relations ( she stated that her name was Sue ????? )

Channel at Chicago Ridge location does not deserve any stars. What a lazy, rude employee!! She wasnt at her station when I got there so I had to wait. She was going to walk past me until I asked if she worked for PartsDirect. Uh huh was her response. When I told her I had a part to pick up and that I received an email saying it was ready for pickup she sat in her chair and looked in a cabinet under her desk and told me that it was out of stock. I told her it has to be here my email says so. She just looked at me. I told her maybe she could get out of her chair and look for it. Then told me sign here. I said for what? your part and its not returnable (which it is because it says so in my email). FIRE HER NOW. Even other Sears employees said they get complaints about her all the time but she works for Sears PartsDirect and not the Sears store. It seams to me that if it has the Sears name anywhere in it Sears should be able to FIRE HER LAZY RUDE ***. As a side note, I have never posted such a negative review for any store, restaurant or service.

Why is this even at the store? worst thing to ever be at a store.
