Horrible experience, every time I walk in this store. The foul language, rude associates, and lack of help is why I prefer to go Menards. Plus, who is this rude, loud, disrespectful blonde in your costumer service area. I have never been so mistreated In my life.Get your store in order people!!!!!Lastly, promote that woman Grace at the register, she was nice. Her and the guy in the dress shirt were super helpful. Its a Shame Ill never shop here again. They are the only nice home depot workers you have.
Came in to buy some plumbing items and figured I’d grab some masks. Picked up some $17 box disposable, but looked for washable. Found them. At a great price and confirmed by employee. Went to register and the price was incorrect. Told cashier and she call over Maheer (apologize if spelled wrong) the manager. He walked over to the shelf with me and said that they need to get a new sticker. Okay, but the price shows what it is. Didn’t agree and said it would be right underneath. Okay, then where is the sticker? He didn’t know and said he already had someone printing it. He didn’t.

I shop here often, this instance I was shopping for a five burner Dyna-Glo grill. I went through two garden associates who seem relatively experienced and they had no idea where the grill was even though they had 6 in stock. Finally they called over a third associate, Louai, and he knew exactly where the grill was. He knows his inventory so well that I was shocked he wasn’t the DH of the Garden department.
Only came for the hot dogs! Totally worth it
The staff is inexperienced and unknowledgeable in the garden dept. They are very friendly and willing to attempt to find answers but often have no idea what is going on. The selection is decent and the plants are healthy.
I wouldnt even give it 1 star.I reserved a cargo van to carry some drywall. When I got to the store I purchased all the drywall then proceeded to go pick up the van that I reserved for 9:00 am. The HD rental agent told me they dont take reservations on the vans,and that I should have received a cancellation from HD via e- mail. Which of course I didnt. Needless to say,I had to return the drywall and go elsewhere..
Great place for home remodeling projects. Unfortunately prices are up everywhere because of the pandemic impact on the economy and manufacturing.

Worst place for an online pickup. My order was not picked and ready even though confirmation was given. Took 30 min to get my items and I had to go grab my own stuff. What great service.
Very customer orientated home Depot. Anytime I came across one of the employees I was immediately asked if I needed any help! The store was very clean as well! I am going to spend a lot of time here!!
I typically go to location on Cicero in Bedford Park. In the past this one seemed to not stock shelves as well. But my last two visits here have been less crowded, more staff help available and everything I went for was in stock. Since both are 2.5 miles away from me, I think Ill be switching to Chicago Ridge.

I made a order for a appliance set it was delivered on a Monday with a missing dishwasher went into the store on a Wednesday and the give me a refund. And I told them they sent me the wrong hood so I was told to bring it back which I did on Friday the hood and microwave were not installed (they don’t install them) when I give them my receipt they couldn’t find the item on there providing my point that they sent me the wrong stuff after being there for a hour. They agreed to make the return than the cashier then tried to give me $300 for a hood I paid $1200 for, then another associate came and said I have to go back and ask the manager we thought it was $300. The manager Jessica came walking towards me saying where’s this guy at. When I began to explain to her what happened she got angry and told me to deal with 1(800) number. That she was doing me a favor by making the return that she was gonna Eat the loss. After leaving I been trying to make the return but keep getting passed around between the store and the 1(800) online number. With no help because there return policy is 48 hours. Even tho they sent me the wrong items. They clearly made a mistake but are not willing to take responsibility for it.FYI Abt, Best Buy, and Menards all have 30 day return policy

Floring management are not god they dont know what they are doing .they charge my card before I reserved and istall the floring .the appointments was not on time.wested month and hafe to find out that the couldnt do the instilling of the floring.

Great experience at this location. I was looking for air filters and they were out of stock. They looked up my item and told me the warehouse was out of stock. I appreciate the assistance from the associates. They were friendly and helpful.

Some are Very rude and unprofessional employees, managers are even worst. One of them was just running towards my father and I, yelling out loud “ask him fir a receipt”!!!!! Running like we stole a bank. Give them the receipt and they didn’t even bother apologizing! I’ve been going there for years, was never asked to show receipts before. This lady was just rude for no reason. And the rest of employees were just watching here running and yelling!!
Stood in Customer Service line for over 5 minutes, and NO ONE came to ask if I needed any assistance. Oh, and BTW, I was the only person in line and there were at least THREE people behind the counter! Was I invisible??

Mike was amazing in helping us choose a new exterior door, he was kind and very informative. It took us a while to come to a decision and never once did he make us feel rushed. He really went above and beyond in making sure we felt comfortable with the decision we were making.
The store is large and well stocked. I was interested in purchasing a dryer. I was in the appliance department for very long time. I walked around looking for someone to help me with no success. I left the the store and purchased my dryer elsewhere
I cant believe a big store like this doesnt have tap to pay! Its one thing to keep up with the tech of the world but most stores are using this to keep covid exposure at the lowest. Otherwise, is always clean and employees are great.
I found everything I needed with the help of two very helpful gentlemen who went out of their way to make sure they understood my washroom issues in order to recommend the right products.

Milwork department personnel was non existent. Asked 3 Home depot employees to call someone for help....To no evale....Finally after 20 min. A Home depot employee not any of the past 3 employees told me no one works in the Milwork department after 5. So a working man cant get help after he gets off work SAD!!!!!!!
I asked for assistance twice and no one ever came by to help. This is the second time that this happened to me at this location. I will be taking the extra 20 minute drive to lowes because I will not come back here again.

I told him to put those words in a review, thats how things work these days.I dont know if that customer would have a chance to do that, so I decided to take the time and say thank you Venetia for your great customer service .

Home depot has really gone downhill since covid. The shelves havent been fully stocked. The black Friday items were either in the way or completely disorganized. The manager should get with his team to get store back up to previous level.

I ordered an entrance door and installation on November 21, 2020 and the door was supposed to be at the store on December 19. On December 17th, I received a call from a representative named Nicole and she asked if I still want to order the door. I was surprised that she was asking, because I had ordered it and paid back in November and the same day my Visa was charged. I asked Nicole to find out what’s going on, she called me back stating that the door is still in the factory because of COVID delay and she doesn’t know when the door will arrive. I did my research and found the the order was placed on December 17 right after I spoke to Nicole. Yesterday I went to the store, talked to the other manager and he confirmed that the order was placed on December 17, and I have to talk to Nicole regarding compensation. Today I went to the store to speak to Nicole regarding the compensation, she was very rude and she stated that we could discuss about compensation when the door will be installed and keep telling me that the order was placed when I paid, even though I received a confirmation email from the Home Depot on December 17. Nicole will not admit that the order was not placed on November 21st but on December 17th. People like Nicole should not work in customer service. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your time and money.
I was at the Chicago Ridge location. I came in search of a sale that I was told about. The Countryside store did not have the sale and claimed to know nothing about it. The Chicago Ridge store has some Black Friday sales up early. The young lady at the self check out was very friendly and helpfull.

Very helpful employees & great customer service at this store. I live closer to Countryside & Ill rather take the drive to this store because of the customer service. Countryside home depot has the worst customer service. Most employees there are miserable & seem to hate their jobs.

Wasted my lunch brake to come here. I was looking for a replacement light bulb, to a ceiling fan that I bought here. At least 3 employees walked past me multiple times. Aren’t they supposed to ask if I need help right away? Super irritated. Didn’t even have the light bulb I needed.

Horrible experience doing curbside pick up at this location. If you ever plan on doing curbside here, dont do it unless you plan on waiting more than 20 minutes. Youre better off going to the lockers to pick up your order.
It was easy to get some help on a price.
This is my go to home improvement store. The offer a military discount and thats better than Menards can do. The store is well stocked and clean. Employees are helpful and you can find one often unlike some home improvement stores. Although I know more than them, its nice to have a real live person offer help.Check out the oops paint section for great deals and such.

WONDERFUL visit, door greeter, was handing out mask with sanitizer, if you did not have one, everyone was nice and courteous, and prices were great, especially on appliances, in which I went in for, will be my go to place for low priced big ticket items

Went to by an $800 Lincoln welder from there. Was having someone else pick it up from store and was paying with credit card so I ordered online and did I store pickup and put him as authorized person to pick up. That went smooth and they brought up the welder. Opened it to find out it was the wrong one and the one I wanted had been stolen. Someone switched labels or boxes or something. They put the money back on store credit to pick up from another store(Cicero,IL) Went there and bought new one in sealed box only to bring it home an hour away and find out it was used, missing every part, and not the right welder. I don’t thinking Lincoln even makes or distributes the welder that was in the box. How does an old, used, worthless welder show up in a perfectly sealed box with “Lincoln” factory packaging tape on it still? Inside job? 🤔
