Wasnt greeted no one came to help 2 employees walked pass me but a gentleman seem the shoe my grandson took off the display he came over to help. He didnt tried to sell on add on merchandise which could have been a big sale like do you need socks, shoe cleaners or a t-shirt, didnt talk about special promotion what a miss opportunity.

I needed to return my better halfs shoes since they were the kid Timberlands and not the Womans. I was unable to differentiate yet she could (the shoe is trimmer). At first they couldnt acknowledge the return since I didnt have the receipt and on the rear of the receipt it really states to return it you need the receipt. The supervisor did all that he could to keep the deal yet the Womans Timberlands were not coming up or on the web. At last I returned the shoes seven days after the fact with the paper receipt

Too bad 0 stars isn’t a thing. Came to this location on a Monday afternoon to buy some shoes for my son. I stood over by the wall and no one ever asked if I needed assistance. The workers seemed as if they were too busy with other tasks. I wound up leaving with nothing, I’ll do my shopping online next time. F this location! I wouldn’t shop there again!

They have all the latest styles

This location is allowing their employees to buy out the Jordan retro inventory in order to resell them online at way higher prices, scalpers. I went there the day some Jordans were released an hour after they opened and they claimed it was out of stock when they werent. These people are leaving the store open for a lawsuit, either they crack down on their shady employees and business practices or end up in court. The guy told me in order to get a hold of the shoes that literally just came out I should download a sneaker app where they were scalping them.

Trash ! Never have any shoes, customer service is like you’re basically helping yourself. I even called to try to check my sizes before I got there and one of those minions hung up me ! Don’t shop here.If I could post another negative review I would.

I had a bad experience there. I was there yesterday trying to purchase some gym shoes for my daughter. The employee that was helping us out was unprofessional and rude. A second employee tried to help us out and the previous employee started screaming... I dont know if she was yelling at us, or at her coworker! It was ridiculous. So, the cashier apologized and said she would talk to both of them. I will not be back again!

I would rate them 3 but I like the shoes so I gave them 4 but the workers just sit and talk it was on guy around the store doing alot though but when I got to the cash register and tried to used military discount they told me I couldnt cause the policy changed so I needed a updated one because they can only use the updated ones but it also was more people they sat down waiting for a min. But after a while they left cause the workers was taking so long to acknowledge them.

Called the Chicago Ridge location the get help with my online order that was shipped to this location. Person I spoke to said her name is Jennifer and she is the manager she told me there is nothing she can do for me and referred me to corporate office if I want to file a complaint. Im not going back to that store I wish I could give them zero stars
