They are extremely itemized and they care of what you need as opposed to doing what they think would look pleasant on you. You stroll in finish and your out. Simple as that.

The sign says be back in 30 min... I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR... THIS IS SOOOOO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL... I RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU COME TO THE DOOR AND THE SIGN IS THERE SAYING THEY WILL BE BACK IN 30 MINS JUST LEAVE!!! BECAUSE THEY WONT BE BACK!!

Crystal is amazing! She has serviced me for the past 6 months. She does my eyebrows exactly how I like them. I only go to her. I can not wait until were out of quarantine, my brows need her attention asap.

They are very detailed and they care of what you want instead of doing what they think would look nice on you. You walk in get done and your out. Easy as that.

I like getting my eye brows from here but the person who was working today 7/19/19 to close. She/He gives the ugliest customer service, that person was so rude! As soon as I walked in the person did not even bother to say hello at first. It was more of What are you looking for? With an attitude. I still sit down on the chair to get a better service, this person was bragging about how I was sitting down the chair. I get the point where they guide you how to be in position so they can do there job, but the point how rude!!! I just got up said forget it thank yu.
