I recommend American Mattress, and especially this Chicago Ridge store. I found Tony to be very knowledgeable on the product. He also gave me plenty of time to choose a mattress, and no pressure when I left to shop around. I did come back and purchased a mattress. I did however need to exchange it and did a Comfort Exchange. Tony again was very helpful and added that if I was not satisfied to come back again, no problem. I found the prices to be good, got what I consider a good deal. The other point I liked was that this is a family owned business from Illinois. Last, the delivery men were curtious and prompt, and even early which was great for me. The 5 stars are well earned!

Tony was definitely a helpful sales associate! He explained what would be the best mattress for my husband and myself. He considered the fact I was pregnant and needed something much more comfortable so I could sleep without getting woken up by pain through out the night. I am so happy with my purchase and extremely happy Tony knew what he was talking about considering this has been the best rest I have had in all three of my pregnancy! The main thing I appreciated with Tony was he didnt make me feel pressured, He stayed in my budget and didnt try to push a more expensive bed, and he made sure we were taken care of.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted so kindly. It didnt take long for the manager to help me pick out a mattress that I love. He was kind and very informative on all kinds of mattresses and frames. Definitely recommend going here if you need a mattress and looking for excellent customer service and furniture.

After shopping around at numerous mattress stores today, we returned to American Mattress. Ryan was by far the best associate we encountered all day! He was very personable, helpful and east to work with. The whole experience was extremely easy. We ended the day with an amazing mattress at a very reasonable price. We will continue to be lifelong customers of American Mattress. Love that it is one of the few family owned mattress stores left! Thats what you feel like while you are shopping here, family. Not pressured in any way!

Couldnt be happier with my experience here. Tony, the associate who helped me was the best. He understood that I didnt know much about what I was looking for and that I was on a budget, and he really took care of me. He didnt try to push the $3000+ mattresses on me like the other places I went to, I told him what I was looking to spend and he showed me all the ones that were in my price range, and the features and benefits of them. I decided on the one that suited me best, and Tony talked me through all the financing options without any hassle. Got my bed delivered the next day and am extremely pleased. I highly recommend this store.

Came in to look at some mattresses. Wasnt in need at that exact moment for one, but I wanted to shop around. Spoke with Tony in the store. He was very informational and educated!
