A worker thought that it was okay to make a comment on a customer’s weight. Disgusting behavior and any form of body shaming is unacceptable. Do not go here!

I know it was christmas eve and I am sorry the lady who worked there that day was upset. However she tried really hard to be nice and kind. I hope she ended up having a good xmas.

Ok place but this one was dark inside. The sales associate seemed rude at first but then became cordial. Would not recommend.

I went to the GNC location last night about 8:30pm there was a heavy set short woman on staff at the time. She was so rude I could not believe the way I was treated. I walked in looking for a pre-workout supplement for woman. I showed her a picture and she immediately said we dont carry that. (While she placed her personal call on the company phone on hold pressed against her chest) I then said that isnt an issue if she could please help me choose a women pre-work out supplement. She said that I would have to wait and pointed me to the rear of the store where I found male body mass building supplements. Not at all what I was looking for. She then apologized to the friend she was speaking to on the phone and yes it was a friend and definitely NOT a customer. Im looking around for 5 minutes trying to find what I was looking for then she finally walks over and tells me they are closing in 10 minutes and to come back tomorrow. I said no I need a product tonight not tomorrow and asked again about assisting me in purchasing a womens pre-workout. She ignored what I said and asked are you even 18? I said yes! Im 27 do you not want my money? Do you not want my business? She said oh I just meant you should go home and do research and then come back. Really, why do you think I went to GNC? To look at product options and make a purchase!!!! I really did not have the time or patience for this woman at this point. I said you know what its fine Ill go spend my money elsewhere and left the store very upset! I ended up purchasing supplements at my gym which I should have done in the first place but I always shop at GNC so I figured just to buy my product there. Never again will I step foot in or spend my money at this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! This woman should not be working there! Pure laziness!!!
