Came in not sure if I wanted to rent out a space because of security purposes. After talking with Jazmine, I was convinced. She was excellent and has a very positive attitude.

I have experienced a top notch service at this facility and all due respect to Carla. She was a great help with rental of parking space and she have helped me to get an info about monthly payments. Definitely, will be using their service again. 👍👍👍

I called Carla at the facility looking for an extra large storage space. She didnt have any available 10x30 units, however not only was she extra pleasant, she took the time to check other locations for me! I wasnt able to get what I needed, but appreciate the extra effort she made. I recommend this place to other customers!

Maybe thats how all these storage places operate? Im not sure. But to me its not worth to continue paying these prices to store things.

I have been storing my RV here for a few years now. The staff has always been kind and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond. The gates and keypad really make it feel secure while still being easily accessible. Very clean. Overall, you can’t go wrong storing here!

Steve and Delia provided excellent customer service throughout our short term stay at Extra Space. The space was great for our needs, cheap, and easy to access. They have a great location, easy to access garage bays, and large elevator large enough for a big 7ft couch. Lots of flat bed dollys make it easy to move in and out. Highly recommend the space and theres a great local customer service team to support you along the way. Only qualm is the lock I had didnt fit the door, even though it was stated it would so I had to purchase one of their overpriced locks on site. The cheap rate for a 10x10 I paid plus one month free eased that initial pain point.Cheapest storage in town when I did my pricing out. Would definitely use again in the future if needed.

I really had a smooth move in and a great experience from the time I booked. They made sure to call me, they worked with me coming from out of state, and I was able to smoothly move in. Delia was very helpful with showing me units to make sure I had the correct size and she even made sure I got a unit that was easy to get to and had everything ready for me when I got there on Saturday after my drive. She was helpful with making sure my family helping me move my stuff could get to where I was and she checked to make sure everything was good for me. Steve was very considerate and helpful. He called to make sure I had everything set the week of my move in. He made sure everything was ready for me to go On move in day and he made sure we knew about the water and were okay with everything as we moved in. I definitely recommend this for your storage needs.

This is my third storage unit there. I spoke to Steve and he was great, he took the extra time necessary to get me the best deal and location I wanted. Very thorough with everything. So far Ive been very pleased with service and ease of access to my stuff.
