I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a refrigerator from these clowns. Not only did they give me problems about the delivery, they left the old appliance after I paid for the removal and then charged me extra to go back and get it. When they finally delivered the refrigerator I just bought it has NEVER WORKED. The only thing that works on the refrigerator is the light. My food spoiled. I went a whole weekend without a working refrigerator. AND NOW THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Do not waste your time... This business is HORRIBLE.

Bought a stove and refrigerator, thought the price was too good to be true, turns out i was right, the stoves oven never worked and both the stove and fridge broke down in a matter of a couple of months within the same week. Visited the store with a good attitude to ask them to send a repairman to help me get them fixed.I didnt mind being charged, I was aware they are used appliances. Guy tell us he will call Monday to send someone, turns out he cant even be bothered to return my calls. Personally and honestly zero stars.

Worst experience ever, first of all it took them 3 days to deliver the items, when they finally delivered them my fridge was missing the handle and the compartments on the door when I asked them about it they apparently said it came that way, which obviously it didn’t if not I wouldn’t of purchase it, when I asked them about the handles they said they had to order some screws and that they will come to repair it in a few days 4 months later and they never returned any of my calls, so my husband had to end up ordering the screws himself and fix it himself aside Fromm all that my oven is now acting up and turning on by itself which is dangerous I now have to constantly disconnect my oven every time I leave the house or go to sleep. I will never ever go back to this place ever again worst service ever received and not to mention there items!!!!!!!! Defiantly DO NOT GO THERE !!!! I regret not spending a couple of bucks more for something better and safer!!!! So not worth the money !!!!!

I purchased two refrigerators and two stoves from this place for $850 a person that does work for me who is a local contractor while I was at work was able to be available to receive the items for methe delivery company #1 Cheto’s didn’t want to even bring the items to the second floor apartments for delivery but my friends were able to get them upstairs for me (very unprofessional) #2 within a 7day period the motor went bad on one of the refrigerators now they aren’t returning my phone calls or come and pick up or replace the bad refrigerator ! Please stay away from this place THEY ARE A RIP-OFF AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THRU IS SOMETHING THAT I HAVE’NT WITNESSED IN YEARS ESPECIALLY FOR A SMALL BUSINESS ! Avoid this place. Their appliances are no good. Customer service will give you the run around about a technician coming to service your appliance you bought less than a week ago.

Everything i have bought here has been working for years.I bought two fridges. One 4 years ago, i gave it to a friend and its still working. My recent fridge and stove are atill working after 2 years. No problem at all.Will be purchasing washer and dryer soon.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I purchased a refrigerator and stove from this company yet neither appliance works! I called them and they have continued to give me the run around for over 2 weeks! This is RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER return to this location! I will proceed with the much needed actions!

Have bought many appliances in to the last three years. They previously had good customer service, but not lately! Terrible products, dirty, including their do called technician. They say theylldo service calls, promise a time and then blow u you off !!! They dont keep their word!!! Save yourself the aggravation and avoid Chetos like the plague !!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a refrigerator...and a dryer got at a reasonable price havent had a problem! Works like new!!!

When you buy furniture from here, it is supposed to come with a guarantee, but that is a pure lie when you call for a defect for a device that you bought from the managers or secretaries, one tells you one thing and the other tells you another and if you insist on calling them they block your number what a bad service you have here if you can buy somewhere better it appears that the owners do not care because in these last 2 weeks and had to call close to 20 times and at no time have I answered or returned the calls and now I am going to having to buy another refrigerator in another place even though it has not even 4 months that I just bought one with these from Chetos Appliances.

Very bad experience with these people does not serve your warranty do not buy anything in this store
