Dropped over $700 on a living room set...only to be told they didnt have it. Now Im stuck waiting to be refunded. And cant buy anything else until my refund is processed. Why take peoples hard earned $$ if you dont have the products???? FAIL.

Due to covid it is so hard to get furniture now and days you are waiting weeks even some places months to get something. But not this place!!! They had everything pretty much in stock and if needed to wait it was in such a fast reasonable timely manner. I purchased a dresser,chest and two night stands and everything came so quickly. I AM VERY PLEASE AND HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE TO FINALLY STOP IN THIS STORE AND TRY THEM OUT. BEST DECISION I MADE !! Friendly staff and they will work with you!!

Great selection of furniture we always like buying our stuff from them we have bought a wide variety of stuff from them like beds and dressers set and i bought my wife a vanity here always good quality. We also bought a table for the kitchen here.

THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO TO.They know who exactly who I am because I had to call them so many times to complain to them about the couch I received from them. The day my husband and I went in looking to purchase a couch we couldn’t find anything we liked on the floor so we decided to try purchasing something from online. I specially described the salesman exactly what I was looking for, what kind of texture, what kind of color, etc. I literally told him I didn’t want this couch texture that will leave lines when you swipe your hands on it and sure enough I received a couch with that kind of texture. To make things even worth the color came out “Super Dark grey/ brown.” When I clearly pointed out I was looking for a very light grey color. When I called to complain they gave me a number and told me to “Text him” so unprofessional. I was texting Eddie who told me my couch looks dark grey because “ There is very minimal light incoming” when my living had three windows with no curtains on it And it was very sunny outside. Plus I had my white lights on so how could you possibly tell me it was my “light incoming” that’s causing my couch to look super dark grey/ brown not light grey. He proceeded to me it looks like a different color because the “The website where the company takes, they take it with More light” so why tell me this after the fact?? Why not tell me this when I was clearly pointing out what we exactly wanted and what exact color we wanted. So I explained to him how we wanted a refund and he said we would have to pay for a delivery fee And a 25% restocking fee. As if it’s my fault they sold me off. So I called them again and they said “We can’t give it to you for free because we wouldn’t make a profit. It would be a loss for us.” Dont even waste your time trying to call them too because I called twice and they said they would call me back and never did. And they lied and told me it would take 30 days for my couch to come and it took two and half months!! I understand due to the virus but every three weeks I called to see where it was they gave me a different date. Could have easily told me the truth. WORST PLACE TO GO TO.

Before you even enter the store, theres boxed items at the doors and that doesnt look good at all. Once you enter, theres boxes tucked away behind or on the side of the furnitures. All of this makes it look cluttered and disorganized. Items dont even have the price on them. No one acknowledged us as we walked into the store, not even a Hello, well be right with you. Mind you, we walked past the sales associates, so they saw us. It wasnt until we walked the whole floor (which wasnt big at all) and stood there waiting for someone to say anything to us that the sales lady finally acknowledged us. And thats also when she told us the item we wanted to know the price for was sold out. So they dont put sold out signs on the items? That would have saved us a lot of time.We wanted to support a small business before purchasing from Walmart or Amazon. But its things like this that make it difficult to do so.

The lady who manages this store is absolutely horrible.She has no idea how the impact of her at best - horrible conception of the services she offers from secondary lenders operates.I came in here to get new furniture for my house and she told me if I get the Synchrony payment plan, it works like a loan.After giving her my information I realized that she just opened a new credit card for me. Me & my boyfriend went in THREE TIMES with money ready to buy, no one acknowledged us. We were ready to buy but nobody even paid attention to us. Horrible customer service!! I would rate it a 0 but I cant go less than 1 star. Yes we are young but that doesnt mean we do not have money! Every time an older person came in they ran to them to take care of them. We waited last time 5-10 minutes and no one even said well be right with you! We were invisible to these people ! RIDICULOUS! !!!!!!!

After over 3weeks of waiting for my mother in laws bedroom set today they promised it would be delivered between 4 and 7pm. 7pm came around i called and they said they would reach out to there driver for status. Expected and call back, but 30mins pass so i called again and lady answered and said that couldnt get ahold of the drivers. She said she would call me back and it is now 8:51pm. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place.
